I placed an order on the 8th of September for $525 dollars and paid $25 for expedited shipping which the site says is 2-4days. 2 days later I received a shipment number. I have not been able to get any tracking information with the tracking number provided and I have sent multiple emails and direct messages on Twitter to the customer care team with no assistance. I get the same automated response from each consultant saying that they are having delays and that deliveries may take up to 30days due to local customs for international orders but I cannot even follow up with my local post office because all I have is a shipment number from Fashion Nova that does not bring up any information. They eventually sent me a $25 gift card for the shipping but I have not received any further responses as to where my order is nor any responses to my request for a cash refund! I am extremely frustrated as this is a lot of money and I have been taken for a ride!

on 6-23-17 i sent back some dresses i had ordered from fashion nova which came out to be 59.98 i've tried calling... leaving emails... and no one will answer either..i'm very disappointed in their customer service or lack thereof i would like a refund for the dresses i returned over a month ago.

I order for 200$ my orders statu is cancel and they said my monay was refund but I didn't receive my 200 $ back or any answer from the customer service, try to call, email but nothing at all .its really disgusting and it was the 1 time with this webside

I did not receive my full order, items were missing. Customer service does not respond to your email and you can't get past a computer operator following a voicemail. I've also left several voicemails and no call back either. Only buy from them if you don't mind gambling with your money.

I have been trying to get ahold of someone for the past month regarding my return. I have sent multiple emails and have tried calling and no one seems to ever respond. This is very frustrating and I will like this matter resolved. Thank you

The order numbers and the tracking numbers doesn't work at all. And I lost my delivery because of that. Plus I keep emailing em and no answer.. so disappointed. I'll never buy from here again.

I placed an order on Jun 19, 2017, order #6036654. As of today my order has not been delivered, $53.99 was taken out my account. I've contact FashionNova several times by email and no one personally email me back pertaining my order. I only received a default email.

I order a package back in 11/28/2016 and still haven't received the package.I tried to call the customer service line numerous times and it's always busy.This is very frustrating and I just want for what I order to be delivered.This is my order number #2883207.

Tried to contact them for two weeks now about a flagged order. No replies to my email and no one picks calls because they go straight to VM.

I am unable to contact anyone from the company to confirm the status of my order even after I sent the a selfie with my government issue ID card.

I have had a very disappointing experience.

I ordered 1 stole the show pump shoe- yellow in a size 8 and never recieved a refund of my money back because it said they were unable to ship the item

I'm a regular fashion nova customer and I recently placed an order and paid for the 2 days shipping. It's been a whole week! And I still don't have a tracking information which means that my order hasn't been sent out yet. I ordered early than normal because the outfit is needed for an event. I still haven't heard from them.

I read complaints about persons ordering one or two things and got a refund instead because it was out of stock. However I order 21 ITEMS from FASHION NOVA and all of my money was refunded with no explanation why. You can't possibly say that all those item are out of stock because they aren't and I really need these to attend an event.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I have ordered some stuff from two days ago and I have been waiting for a order number or confirmation number and I still haven't received one. I have tried to contact them on multiple occasions and nothing has happened. No response. Poor customer service

I have made over three orders back in June and July am still waiting in orders. No one answers email and can never get anyone on phone this company is a complete scam I have never in my life had wait to wait a whole two months for in order they send out part of my order and charge me for the items they didn't send out

I ordered multiple items from fashionova only to get both packages with either the weong size or the wrong item I've reached out to them multiple times and they have yet to amswer or respond to my concern. Very bad business

I ordered a dress and purchased the one day shipping for $15.00. The dress came 6 days later. I no longer even wanted the dress. I have been calling your customer service number which doesn't work it's just a giant loop. I also have been sending emails everyday and have not gotten an answer.

I placed my order on the 18th of August and haven't received my order yet! I've sent a tons of emails, msgs on instagram, called a thousand times and still no response! I'm traveling in less than a week and I need my order to be delivered! Please help I really need them it's unfair this way how you guys treat your customers! Like seriously

Why, pay 6 dollars for 2 day shipping and it doesn't work. I ordered over a week ago and I still haven't got my confirmation. I bought specifically for my birthday September 18th, and I haven't received anything. You guys have to do waaay better than this. You are losing customers

i.placed in order on 9/11witg2 day shipping .I have yet to receive tracking info. My email address is Brownlyoko@gmail.com. I was offered free 48 hour shipping never received anything.It had been 1 week and my order paid and unfulfilled

I ordered items on the 26th of September. I spent over $100.00 so I qualified for the free 2day shipping! It is not the 28th of september and i have yet to recieve an email that my order was even processed! Wth!

I placed an order on Thursday, paid additional fees to receive it in one day. It is Tuesday of the following week and I have yet to receive my purchase. Also, with that purchase it consisted of 2 dresses and on my order number it says it only one dress. This is so messed up, dealing with people's money.

I received the wrong purchased item. I received a hat Desribed as "second base cap". I was suppose to receive item "grab me by the waist". I also wanted Xs size for my items.

I bought a pair of jeans that were very bad quality, not the same as other jeans I have posted from the site before. I also got a “sweater” in a Medium and did not even fit over my chest while it did not look like that on the model, and I am usually always between a size medium and small. I shipped my items back and would like my money back

I returned a dress about a month ago and I did not get my store credit. The order #[protected] and I have a tracking # 9405510205369066500437. It was a pink off the shoulder dress. The dress was for a wedding I was going to within that following two weeks. It was to small.
