I placed an order march 22nd 2017 for $562. Two days later I received a message saying that my order has been flagged and I should send my id verification items. This is the fourth time it has happened in 3 months. I had to call them every time to make sure they receive my info and to know if my order has been processed. This time it is taking me two weeks to get a hold of somebody. I sent 3 emails so farto zendesk, to their info email, and talked to their community manager on facebook. The community manager told me that their phone line is down. Meanwhile they can still send you worthless newsletter.
This is my worst online shopping experience. I am living abroad so they are delaying by 3 weeks my package arrival. (my friend receives it in the states and send it to me)

I bought an item from FashionNova online store and received the wrong item. I contacted FashionNova support and they said that I have to send them picture. I did as they said and only after that they agreed to help.
They said that I need to ship it back and later will get a replacement.
Then I asked for return label and their return address but they did not reply. I tried again and was ignored!

Item which I received not only is incorrect but also very small and there is no way I can wear it, so I'm literally stuck. Don't buy from FashionNova, they have terrible customer service!

I am a lazy person when it comes to complaning, but Fashion nova is just something else. This is the first time that I am writing about this. They got my order wrong 2 or 3 times. The first time was my shoe. I ordered a size 6, but they sent me a size 9. The second time was a jean. I ordered a size 3, but they sent me a size 13. I commented under their Instagram's post. Instead of apologize, they decided to deleted my post. They deleted twice. I always heard people complaining about that, but this time, it actually happened to me. I am just a little upset. I don't believe that this is a good way to do business. I spent more than $400 up on fashion nova, but yet, they did not care about my complain or me as a customer.

Fashion Nova may have grown in followers, but they sure don't value their customers. They love to take your money, however they hate taking responsibility for their errors. I placed an order this past week for two items and their shipping has gone back to being quick. I received my package in three days from when I placed my order. So, two days from shipping date. I opened my package and surprise, I receive an oops card and the other blouse has a stain on it. Of course, I'm disappointed that Fashion Nova is lackluster when it comes to checking their inventory. It would be okay if they gave refunds for their carelessness but nope, you get a lousy store credit so they can pocket your money. Then, the blouse that was packaged had a minor stain on it. This company surely cares about their business and customers? Right. So, I spammed their email and finally received a response. To my dismay, a rep said I would have to pay to return the item back. Hmm, why couldn't you send me a free label since your company doesn't value punctuality. Again, another way to keep a customers money while you only receive store credit. I didn't send it back because I should've been able to get a refund or immediate store credit for their mistake. I'm very disappointed in how poor their service has become. Will I still patronize this store? Only when it comes to jeans and jackets. I can't lie their jeans fit me like no other but their tops and dresses are very hit and miss. I may purchase a dress for a special occasion but I will not be fully invested in this store anymore. If you can't value me as a customer who's spent a lot of money here, then I can't support you. It seems like fashion Nova could careless, as they gained new followers on social media. As for their quality, it's poor compared to the money you spend. A lot of the tops and dresses are poorly constructed. They charged you slightly expensive prices for such poorly made clothes. I'll admit they're trendy but a lot of their clothes are trashy and appeal to trashy women or women who crave attention for the wrong reasons. I don't blame them, Fashion Nova knows their target audience. It's not for classy sexy women, unless you browse the site. I'm relieved that I made this review because people need to know how you'll be treated if they mess up your order.

I made an order 4627097 with fashion nova recently and I received an email saying my order has been shipped. The next day I received a gift card saying my item was out of stock. I tried to purchase some items using the gift card, but it did not work. I sent an email no one has responded yet. I went ahead and ordered 4582935 the next set of items that I wanted to purchase and again one of the items are out of stock after already purchasing the item. I should have not been charged for both items that were originally instock when I selected them online!

I ordered several times from them and every time there was some kind of problem. My last experience was the worst and after what happened I decided not to order from them again. My order arrived damaged and dirty and they refused to help me. I was ready to accept any offer - replacement, refund and etc. But they refused to do anything and claimed that was not their responsibility.
FashionNova was rude, he said that it was probably I who caused these damages! Not only material and quality of my order was poor, but also their customer service. I lost over $100 because of them!

I had ordered a few things which came up to 200 dollars and when my package was received it was very small and item were missing. They're telling me that they are out of stock and they won't refund me my money which is 80 dollars worth of stuff I have to wait on and I just want my money back I will feel better spending it elsewhere and some items I received were very low quality I don't feel I should have to suffer because you are out of stock which I really don't believe. I purchased the Your favorite dream set ina small blush color. I received it quickly. Despite all shipping reports I received a Taupe color instead of blush. I immediately wrote in (2-18) on 2-19 I was asked to send photos. I immediately sent them. On 2-20 the day I was supposed to wear my outfit I still had not received the correct product but did get an email telling me to 1. print and fill out a return form 2. send in my product 3. wait for a credit to my account then 4. REORDER my product.

So not only did my holiday get ruined and i didnt have the outift they had plenty or time to expeditiously send out to me but now I have to find time during my work week to get to the post office to ship this one out, wait for it to return and THEN IF ITS NOT SOLD OUT which it likely will be, reorder this product. I'm shocked! to say the least. This is not what I expected from this company. I am dissapointed and have replied back to customer service, written a review on the website and...if this Isn't favorably resolved will be forced to share with my social media followers.

So let me start off by saying that I am not an angry customer leaving a review after one order placed and one bad experience. I always seen the hype over fashion nova and deceided to finally order.
1. The first order I ever placed was the "gold dubai beach cover up" when it finally arrived it was damaged with a hole right in the chest area. So I had to send it back paid $30cad to ship it back because of the weight and then got refund by fashion nova only $10 even tho it was there mistake. Fine, once I received it in perfect condition I was annoyed but satisfied with the item and quality of that specific dress.
2. I then placed another order and no complaints from that order it was fine.
3. I seen some new arrivals a different time and decided to place an order over $80usd and i'm canadian so that's $100. I order a couple of jeans and some other stuff and never received this package. Customer service is horrible they send you generic emails that's nothing related to the questions you have asked them. The worst part is that a week after I placed that order they had restocked on the green pair of heels that look like the yeezys and I really wanted them and didn't want them to sell out in my size again so immediately placed an order and this is about 2 weeks before my tracking for my other order updated to "delivered" yet I never received anything...
So fast forward.. I email cs to find out why my package says delivered but I didn't get my clothes and about 5 days later my "yeezy inspired heels" arrive and the left heel is damaged! Can you believe that? Because I still can't. Everyone hypes of fashion nova as if they are some amazing ### company meanwhile they're trash.. They said my investigation would take 30 days, it has now been more than a month and no one has replied to my emails about my order I have yet to received and spent $100 on ! Such #### I never want to deal with them again after they refund me my money!

I spent almost 300.00 for my wife In December and when i got a package in the mail, it was someone else package that was suppose to go to Ventura, Cali. So I called them told them i will be sending it back and they told me i could expect my package to be sent as soon as they get it. Well it is now February and still no refund and no package. They do not answer their phone calls, they are now giving me the run around, telling me that they don't know if they ever received a return package even though i sent them picture proof. I still have all the emails and correspondence from them telling me that i did everything i need to do and I should have my stuff soon. That was in the beginning of January. I need help on filing a formal complaint...maybe a class action or something. Not sure what to do here.

I am very pissed that this site Fashion Nova is trying to scam me my money of an order in which was cancelled.
Since November 2016 I placed an order and because of the long delay in the processing of it i cancelled my order and up till presently i was not refunded back my money. I've been sending numerous emails and 3 emails was received giving me zero substantial information in to why my money was not yet refunded. Not even a attempt was made by Fashion Nova to contact me.

Purchased from the web: At the top of the page in big red letters you advertise two day shipping. You do not provide two day shipping. I received an email stating my order was in transit to its destination on Thursday, this means it would arrive Saturday per two day shipping. Obviously, the mail does not deliver on Sunday. I expected the package Saturday, as I needed it for photos on Sunday. This is the ONLY reason I ordered from you. You offered two day shipping and I ordered on Wednesday. I took the photos sans your clothes because they didn't not arrive until Monday. Too late. I do not need them anymore and did not get to use them for their purpose and spent over $70 on product I have no use for because you advertised two day shipping. I contacted your Customer Service by email and went around in circles for about 18 emails. I contacted your Customer Service number provided on your website and on the reps tag from the unhelpful emails I was receiving. The telephone number can be described as pretty much a voicemail that has a greeting from Christmas season on it. I left two messages asking for someone to call me back. I have not heard back and your rep by email refuses to allow me to speak to anyone but her. She is repeatedly copying and pasting links to your website that I do not need. I am not interested in reading your links. I WANT A REFUND. I do not care about store credit because I have no desire to purchase anything from your website ever again! It is absolutely ridiculous that you would not give your customer what they ask for. Especially when I am prepared to lose out on the funds for shipping it back to you because you do not provide return shipping labels, also a bad customer service issue. What kind of company is this?! Your customer service is atrocious. Any reputable company would never refuse to refund a customer their money for such an issue. The only reason I believe they are refusing is because everyone would be returning their items because of your false advertisement. Also, it is not proper business practice for a rep of your company to refuse a supervisor and refuse to allow a consumer to speak to someone regarding their issue. Providing me with a voicemail to which I will never be able to reach someone is also false advertisement. I want a refund. I DO NOT ACCEPT STORE CREDIT as an option, why would I want to spend money at your business with a reputation for lying to your customers? I am so very surprised you are still in business treating customers this way. I filed with BBB. I plan on taking to all social media with this if not resolved and filing with FTC as well. My issue has been resolved. I was contacted by the company, given an apology and an explanation. This company did the right thing. They refunded because of the error, reimbursed my shipping expense and gave me a gift card because they want to do business in the future. I appreciate them doing the right thing and resolving the issue. I also understand that they are going through a transition as they had problems with a group of mistrained employees and in their shipping department over the holidays. They are rectifying that and getting back to their customers. Thanks Fashion Nova for restoring my confidence in your business.

I tried to reach an ACTUAL PERSON in customer service, but all there is automatic choices and told to send an email for results I did email, 5 TIMES to cancel the duplicate order because the order had not been filled and no information sent. Then miraculously, I got an email that my order was shipped

I also agree that this company's practices are false advertisement and no live person to speak with EVER. I never take to any kind of social media to exploit a company that cares nothing for their customers only their bottom line specifically the 600% profit they made last year my guess is their looking to surpass that this year by taking as many orders as they can and as much money as they can and not fulfilling the orders or returning the money. Several days ago I placed 2 orders totaling about $170.00 with free 2 day shipping. Needless to say that didn't happen, the order isn't even filled yest let alone mailed and I've called every phone number I could get my hands on and NOT ONCE did I ever get a live person just a super cheery voice thanking me for calling. I want to tell and warn everyone about this site FashionNova! They are the worst ever and they gave me a hard time. I bought an item from them (a jacket) and the one arrived was super tiny and at least 2 sizes smaller than it should have been. Customer service rep said that I can send it back and will get a replacement so I did as they said. I want to mention that they refused to give me a return label so I had to pay for the return. Anyway when my replacement finally arrived it was the same small size jacket! I contacted FashionNova and they said that I was talking nonsense and that was absolutely impossible. What a lousy service, these guys made so many mistakes and they were not even able to send me the right size. Save yourself from this joke!

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I purchased an order of high value, and two of the items valued at $100 in total I decided to return. The company policy shows a refund in store credit will be given from 1-5 business days after the return has been received. I returned the item 12/13/16 through priority mail and have tracking information showing they received the item 12/15/16. I have e-mailed the company several times with no return of message, and have messaged them through facebook only to get someone on the other end telling me to wait for an agent instead of helping me. It has now been 26 days, almost an entire month since the return and no one has even told me that they received the package when I have proof they did. I can’t believe I invested so much money in this website with poor quality clothing. I tried writing reviews on the products I returned giving them zero stars to make buyers aware of what happen and that they were poor quality, and they deleted them. I have snap shots of when I put them up, and then a minute later they were removed. This company is a joke. Do not spend your money here.

Ladies, my daughter and I ordered 3 separate times from this company and never once did we receive an order. Each time we received a message stating "Refunded - Order Unfulfilled" but oddly the funds are yet to appear back in our accounts. I spoke with my aunt who is on the police force and head of CID (Criminal Investigations Dept). She said if the funds don't show back up in my acct within 72 hours to contact her and she'll take it further and pass this site on to a special agency that has jurisdiction to launch an investigation into this company. I pray fashion Nova is reading these comments because I'm a force to be reckoned with. You can't keep doing these things and expect customers not to get the law imvolved as coporations are capable of committing fraud just as individuals. To have so many disappointed customers with the exact same complaints says alot about your company and she make you guys put a better system in place as your current one just comes across as messy, unprofessional, negligent, disrespectful to consumers and to be quite honest fraudlent. I will move forward with getting the law involved in the event this situation is not rectified in 72hrs from 8/1/18 @ 11:35p. I placed an order on Nov 26. Order Number: #9846596 They took money out my account for the order on the 28th. I still haven't received my items which were suppose to ship in 2 days. I've emailed, text and called with no resolve. All I keep getting is due to high volume there is delays. Don't take my money knowing you don't have the items available. I'm so disappointed, because I got good reviews from my friends before I ordered. This is my first and last time ordering from Fashion Nova. If I don't hear from them today I will call my bank and get a charge back. I'm not waiting for something that I paid for almost 2 weeks ago.
They have a longer than normal shipping time frame this time of year. That's to be expected. You'll likely find your bank will not be able to reverse the charge this early in the process.
Sol I place my first order which costed $65.43 on October 10th and I never received it, but they sent me an e-mail saying that my order has been shipped. I have emailed them uncountable times but never got a response I have also call them several times but since they don't exist, they decided not to pick up. And then recently I decided to shop on black friday after receiving the confirmation mail, I have not heard from them again and it's been a week now. I Ordered and the order no is #7484969. they sent me a email saying shipment on its way. I paid $25.00 for Fast Express International 2-4 Day Shipping. until today i stil have not been able to track my order. the trackin number i received on the email they sent me, i tried it with USPS and the told me that it an incoirrect tracking number. can i get a form of assistance, it the tracking no is incorrect, can i then get the correct tracking no.
