Fashion Nova review: order not received/no tracking information after nearly 3 weeks on $500 order 125

Theirs no reason why only half of my product was shipped. Fast shipping my [censored] by the way. I only got two items out of the four I brought. That's lame...really wanted the dress I ordered for my birthday. Y'all ridiculous for that

this is the worst company ever ! DO NOT ORDER after 1 week of ordering and my payment clearing they notified me they don't have the items I ordered and issued me a store credit NOT A REFUND ! HORRIBLE COMPANY STAY CLEAR

The customer service is horrible I have emailed them since I placeed my order on Nov.24 and today is Nov.28 an still no reply.Their phone number does not work.I leave for my trip Thursday with nothing to wear...Never ordering from this company again bad customer service

I paid for two days shipping and still haven't received my order! I emailed you guys to explain that I need the order in a certain time frame because I'll be leaving the country and Fashion nova do not offer help to customers with extenuating circumstances . worst company ever

I placed an order with this company. I never rec'd my order. when I contacted fashion nova they told me it was not their problem. I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years. Before this incident I have never had a problem. This is horrible customer service

I wish I had read these reviews prior to placing my black Friday order. It's not 10 days later and I still have not received an shipping confirmation, but they were so very quick to take my money. Never again will I or anybody I know buy from this company. I will make sure of it.

I placed and on 24th and its december 5th and i have not received any tracking. They do not answer their phone. I am going out of the country and i need my order. This is ridiculous fashionnova. Why did you take the money out of my account then? this is really stupid of you. I keep changing my flight dates and paying penalties. Frauds..

I always order from fashion nova and I've never had this problem but it says my package delivered and I still have not received it. It said it delivered last week so I waited a couple days because its happened to me before where it will say delivered and it takes a extra day but it's still not here.

An order that I didn't place is getting deducted from my account and when I asked them to immediately cancel it within minutes if I seeing it they said they could not. It's only been 5 minutes. They want to give you a gift card instead of refund your money -- that's a ponzi scheme.

I ordered clothes on dec 4th my order# is [protected] they charged my credit card, but have not shipping my items. Although, they advertised if you spend 75$ you get free 2 day shipping. Its been 12 days. There customer service phone line says an automated response and hangs up there email is an automated response and don't answer your questions.

I'm very disappointed with fashion nova. I have a while waiting for my order and they just give me excuses to ship it.

I ordered a jumpsuit months ago. They sent me the wrong size. I mailed it back. I received store credits I used to order another jumpsuit. I received an email that the jumpsuit is no longer available and I will be credited the original payment. That has been over 2 weeks ago. I cannot reach anyone on the customer service line. The order was sent out and then cancelled by fashion nova, I cannot get a response from them and their customer service line does not work. Horrible experience especially since I paid $15 for shipping that was supposed to be next day. Order elsewhere.

I received a email May 1st, 2018 at 6:46 pm saying FedEx didn't receive my package from Fashion Nova and that the shipment has been cancelled by the sender.

Fashion nova does not respond to customer issues. Their unprofessional! do not order from fashion nova! i ordered almost $200cad in clothing and they said my package was delivered and it wasn't. They are thieves and their material is cheappp! they also refused to give me a refund. Do not order from them. #fashionnova #frauds

I paid $15 for 1 day shipping on July 1st. It is July 6th I have not received my order. I tried to call customer service number provided and can never speak with anyone. This by far is the worst experience ever with fashion nova and I will not be ordering anymore. I placed an order June 29th and got my order July 1st with regular shipping.
