I went on the boohoo.com. Au site for the first time and was absolutely disgusted. Every single model looks like a wannabe beyonce porn star. They look forceably provocative and uncomfortable. To add to that, their 'plus size' models are in no way shape or form plus size, and then to top it off they've included 'jumbo models who you would expect to just be plus size! How degrading is that to call someone a jumbo model. I was appalled at every single picture, im a size 10 and workout everyday so have nothing to be ashamed of, and yet it made me feel [censored] about myself and I couldn't stand to keep scrolling. Who on earth would want to buy from a place like this. Completely blown away to the point I have now spent 10 minutes searching for how to make a complaint.

    What kind of service is that???
    You have been operating for several years, was it so hard for you to improve everything that people tell you about? For example, your sizing charts. They are ridiculous and wrong.
    Bad place for shopping.

      I bought from Boohoo in the past and I can't say that I was 100% happy. They often made mistakes and were highly unprofessional.
      In my opinion things only got worse. I bought an item from Boohoo and paid extra money for fast delivery and despite that they did not apply the expedited shipping. It took forever to get my item and these thieves refused to refund the money I paid for shipping service. That was absolutely ridiculous and they only lost a customer.
      I don't want to deal with Boohoo in the future, this site is a total money waste. I do not recommend them.

        I made a order early in December last year, only to get an email from the company that their orders are being held in customs. After a little more than a month or so, I received another email stating that I will get a refund and still get my order.
        I received a new tracking number and wasn't able to track it. After some time it said " delivered"but I never received it. So I was not in fact compensated in any way for what is their fault.
        I also paid for express delivery on another offer around that time and received it more than two weeks later. They are unfair and I will never buy from them again.

          I paid for express shipping and my items came 2 weeks later. Not to mention one of the items was so musty I can't believe they would pack it to sell. They obviously gave me used clothing and attempted to cover it up with stinky perfume. Never order from this company you will regret it! I even contacted them via email requested for a supervisor to call me. They ask for a time for the supervisor to call me, I gave it to them, still no call. They don't care about their customers only prodviding damaged clothes (again musty clothing ) and canned email responses.

            I saw a lot of terrible reviews about Boohoo, but still decided to give them a chance. I have purchased a lovely dress from Boohoo and could not wait to get it. Three weeks passed and I thought that it was taking too long so I contacted Boohoo customer service and asked what was going on. Their rep said that my order was on its way and after I asked they gave me a tracking number. Unfortunately it was not working. Then I asked for a refund but they claimed that was not possible and asked me to be more patient. Still waiting for my order! I'm never buying anything from Boohoo again!

              These people are liars! Purchased some clothing from Boohoo and when my package finally arrived quality of the clothing was extremely cheap and there were also several small damages. I contacted their customer support and they said that I have to pay for the return shipping. Then I went to their website and spent some time reading their return policy and it stated that all returns are free and that there was supposed to be a return label in the package. I checked the package again, but there was no label. Contacted Boohoo support and he said that they cannot accept my return without the return label! So, basically I lost my money.

                I purchased a jacket from Boohoo but the jacket I received was too big for me, so I decided to return it in order to get a smaller one. When I contacted customer support they said that there will be no returns and no exchanges. They offered me a refund. That was pretty strange. Anyways, I returned the item and even paid for the return shipping. Which was ridiculous that I had pay to return something that I did not want. I contacted them a couple of times and all they said was that it's normal for returns to take this long. Several weeks later I received a message from them stating that they never received the jacket, so they cannot offer me a refund. Don't order from this site. They make returns absolutely impossible.

                  This is seriously the worst company I've ever! Products on their site look great, but in reality items are very poorly made. I was disappointed with my order so I had to return everything I ordered. I buy most of my clothes and accessories online and I never experienced something like that! Even worse is their absolutely disgusting customer service. Actually I doubt they even have a customer support. I had to contact them because I had some issues with the return package. At first they ignored me, but I finally received a message from them the reply was very rude and impolite. I will never buy from Boohoo again and highly recommend to stay from this company!

                    I ordered five cute looking dresses from Boohoo with and paid extra for my items would e delivered within few days. Later they contacted me and told there was a problem with my post code, but it seemed strange. I also ordered some things from others sites using the same address and post code. And there were with no problems. I asked them about the problem, but they didn’t reply anything about it. Three weeks later my order still was not delivered. I sent them many emails, but their email system is so slow. Then I found their account on Twitter! But I was shocked, because it was full of negative comments about their customer service. Later I received an email from them stating they have no idea where my order was. And each time they said the same thing. I also left a negative review about them on Twitter and I will continue doing that!

                      Scam, scam, scam. I ordered 3 pairs of jeans from the website www.boohoo.co.uk. I needed to pay $356.89, but these jerks charged me for $420. For what? I have no idea, as well as I couldn’t get any replies from them. The seller provided wrong email address and no phone number. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

                        Don’t order from the website www.boohoo.com. I ordered 2 pairs of heels from them, but the quality was so poor that one pair broke after a week, and the second pair arrived with broken heel. I contacted the customer services for 4 times, but they didn’t reply to my emails and phone calls. The worst services ever. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience.
