Forplay

Initially they would reply promptly regarding my missing package. But after saying they would file a dispute with FedEx on my behalf on 10/18/2023 they have gone ghost. And to add insult to injury they never filed a claim/dispute with FedEx, and according to FedEx only the shipper can request an investigation.

I purchased several Halloween costumes that came out to over $140.00 which was never refunded, costumes weren’t reshipped nothing. Instead I was forced to spend more money last minute at a local costume shop.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would, their business practices violate my rights as a consumer! I will never order from them again, warning everyone I know not to either… Do Better!

I gotta tell ya, steer clear of Forplay, my friend. I made the mistake of ordering from them and boy, was it a mess. First off, when my costume arrived, there was makeup smudged all over it. Can you believe that? I mean, who wants to wear a costume with someone else's makeup all over it? Not me, that's for sure.

But here's the real kicker, they don't offer refunds. Can you believe that? I paid a pretty penny for this costume, thinking it would be top-notch quality. But nope, it was more like bottom-of-the-barrel quality. And to top it all off, no chance of getting my money back. Talk about a rip-off.

I gotta say, their prices are way too high for the low-quality stuff they're selling. It's like they're trying to trick you into thinking you're getting something amazing, but in reality, it's just a big ol' disappointment. I mean, who wants to spend their hard-earned cash on something that's gonna fall apart after one wear?

So, my advice to you is to stay far away from Forplay. Save your money and find a better place to get your costumes. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Awful, rude, and unhelpful customer service. BELIEVE every negative review you've read about them. Hopefully they will be out of business very soon!

Let me tell ya, folks, I had a real bad experience with Forplay. Their customer service was just plain awful. I mean, I've never encountered such rudeness in my life. It's like they didn't even care about helping me out. Can you believe that?

I gotta say, I read some negative reviews before I decided to give Forplay a shot, and boy, was I dumb for not listenin' to 'em. I should've known better, really. But hey, we all make mistakes, right?

Now, I ain't one to wish bad things on anyone, but I really hope Forplay goes outta business real soon. They don't deserve to be treatin' people like this. It's just not right, ya know?

So, folks, take my advice and steer clear of Forplay. Trust me, you don't wanna deal with their terrible customer service. There are plenty of other places out there that'll treat ya right. Don't make the same mistake I did.
