I bought an XS item and it clearly says it on the confirmation and receipt but when I received it, it was an XL. I have sent them two emails regarding the issue but no response. I tried calling, it says the number isn't available. It says it on the return policy that all refunds must be paid by the customer, but I don't think I should be paying for the shipping for a return when the company got my sizing wrong. I still haven't refunded it because I haven't gotten a response to know what to do and not get charged for returning back the item. I don't think I'll be purchasing from them every again.

I placed an order worth about 300euro.
I got an email back saying that my order was flagged and asking me to send a photo of me and my id. I did that. 3 weeks ago. I emailed the after 3 weeks asking what's going on. My response? Another email asking me to send the a selfie with my id. Been trying to call them for a week after sending the picture a second time but I can not reach them..
Will they sort this out or have I simply lost my 300 euro?

I sent my items back for a refund because I didn't like nothing in the box. Upon receiving my returned items fashion nova issued me a gift card for about $40. I was confused because I know I spent $90. They claimed it was because I sent back after the 30 days, which was a lie. I've been emailing them letting them know I was within the 30 days etc... And I haven't gotten a response. I call their customer service and there's never a response. I'll never order from here again, their clothes suck anyways.

I ordered from fashion nova on March 30 and ordered enough for a free 2day shipping. Well I never received my order. Here it is almost a month later and they are putting me through the run around. I'm going back and fourth between them and USPS and that is an invonvience to me the customer. For me to purchase a such a significant amount of merchandise the least they can do is give me a store credit. Nope havent even received a response which is stated they will respond in 24 hours that's a lie. The customer service is horrible. I will never order from them again and if you are reading this i would advise you not to order from them neither. I believe in customer service and this is not the company to seek this.

800 number no one answers, and email no one replies, and I'm still confuse on why I'm getting a refund if the dress I order still shows available online yet, the refund is because "it's out of stock" oh and I purchased the same dress twice, so inconvenient. Also I been to the store and everything you see online they don't have in store or out of stock so they refer you to their website, again for items that are not available?

I'm having a serious problen with you guys and I want other buyers to be aware of this problem as well. Every time I make an order, I give my complete address. When fashion nova processes that order, that put whichever part of address they feel like. This is annoying and a major inconvenience for me. It is costing me time and money to try to locate my order because you do not use my complete address. When i contact customer care, the response is "sorry we can't help, contact the courier company" and you are the ones that keep making the error. I'm so tired of it. I'm an international customer and it is so frustrating. I don't live in the USA, so for customers like me it it crucial that you get the address correct. BUYERS BEWARE! ESP INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS!

I made purchase for the very first time from them 10 days ago almost $900.00(order # 4943362)..they said we were flagged by fraud dept..I thought maybe it was true because it was my fiancee card..I sent in a selfie of him and his ID next day then I called spoked with guy named Lee he said they received the selfie and I was all good..said items will ship next day tht was over 10 days ago, still no clothes..I have emailed them..no response..I have call hundreds of times noone answers the phone..I dont understand how all these ppl on Instagram say they are great..these ppl are scam artists unclassy unprofessional and need to be shut down..I will NEVER shop there again.and I have told everyone who listens to avoid thm..I want my 900$ back or my clothes.. this is ridiculous.. ppl work to hard for money to have this happen we are meeting with bank tomorrow see what we can do and possibly file charges.

I purchased items from fashion nova on April 11th. Todate I have not received my order even tho they charged my credit card. Received an email stating my order has been flagged for fraud and asked for my picture ID this was sent the next day. We have tried calling can't get through. Sent emails only received automated responses. Sent msg so via thier fb page got an initial response but nothing further since. I'm so frustrated that I'm trying to get some contact for Mr Saghian to alert him of the issues I'm am experiencing. This cannot be real . I live in Trinidad but requested my order be sent to a fl address and that they said is the issue unbelievable

Better stay away from Fashion Nova! I ordered from them twice and both times received terrible customer service. I can say their products are pretty nice and prices are reasonable, but if anything happens be ready to be treated with a total disrespect.
Fashion Nova has the worst customer service ever, they are rude and unprofessional. When I had a problem with my order (wrong size) I tried to contact them via email and phone and they did not reply for a long time. But when they finally did they were rude and ignorant.
I'm absolutely disgusted with how bad they treat their customers, that is not a good thing to do.

I ordered $300.00 worth of items from fashionova on the 10th i received that email everyone received as being flagged for fraud and that i needed to submit my photo id and passport in order to confirm my order and identification.
i sent an email back saying i wanted to speak with someone directly because it seemed fishy to me. the next i received an email saying my order was shipped and waybill created etc. etc. it is now the 17th there is no details on the location of my items and the numbers they provide i think are a scam
you get voicemail every time! No matter when you call. i called UPS they checked my tracking number and said I needed to reach out to fashionova because it looks like the package was never sent off.
I dont know what the hell is going on. I've ordered before and received my package. It seems a lot of people received that message.

For what I read I guess I was another victim, on April 1st I placed an order with Fashion Nova for $473.45 order #4671649, they deducted the money immediately and the next day sent the email with the Fraud Notice just like the others here have mentioned, I ever since have messaged them 4 times by email sent them the photo with the ID twice and all i keep getting is the same automatic message, I called left voice messages, and have been on hold trying to get a hold of someone and NOTHING!

As previously stated to this customer, their order was shipped out via FedEx and delivered. If your order is flagged by our Fraud Team, it means your billing information did not match the address registered to your debit/credit card. I order 300+ worth of merchandise on April 2nd and was told, my account was flagged for fraud and for my protection to send a selfie of myself with a government ID. I was told Once I provided the selfie, it would take 48- 72hours for my items to ship . 2 items that I ordered were a gift for my best friend whose Birthday is the 15h of April, I order ahead of time because I wanted her to have it before her Birthday. I call numerous times and email them and I have been completely ignore, to add salt to injury they have continue to send advertisement to my email but refuse to send me a courtesy email to tell me what happen to my order. I had it with them will Seek the advice and representation of a lawyer, is not about the money is about the principle and the disrespect. We all should sue them, we should do a class action lawsuit. Kylie should be ashamed to be associated with Fashion Nova.

I am dealing with the SAME issues with FN for two separate orders(both separately totaling over $200) that I sent back for a refund back in October 2018. I have sent many emails, that would only get automated responses that only would refer to their new distribution center, but never a email from a LIVE person responding to my complaints. It is now the end of November and still there is nothing resolved. This company doesn't care abut their PAYING customers. They have the nerve to act like they are "too busy" help a PAYING customer with a refund, but have plenty of time to spend on social media to update their new items or plenty of time to still take peoples money to ship out new orders. At this point I am looking into proceeding with legal action. Has anyone else considered this also? I think we should proceed with a class action lawsuit. I don't mind sharing contact information so we can connect in order to proceed.

My 17 year old daughter was recently scammed by Fashion Nova. She ordered 4 items and was told that 2 had been shipped and 2 out of stock. We did not receive the 2 shipped items and were told to take it up with the post office and then were told we would receive a refund for the other 2 - shocker it didn't happen. I am fighting this through my credit card company, but I agree a class action lawsuit would be in order. The plaintiff could end up representing millions of people. When you see the Fashion Nova CEO Richard Saghain purchasing his $17.5 M house in LA, it makes you sick. As a woman, I HATE to see all of these young women getting scammed by this con man.
I too placed an order over $300+ that was never delivered. I never received a refund or full store credit either. Are you ladies interested in pursuing a class action lawsuit? I’m reaching out to some attorneys right now. Fashion Nova has been conducting these illegal business practices for a few years at least now with hundreds of complaints online. A class action suit should be easy to gather harmed individuals.

Count me in, I placed an order on th 18th of October and 3 days later they put that message about the distribution center delay.i sent multiple emails and they are all vague and they don't respond to your question. Today, the issues me a credit for that order. Obviously I wanted the items ot a refund. They are so unprpfessional and negligent. And it's very obvious that they don't even have a call center to receive calls or deal with issues. COUNT ME IN THAT CLASS ACTION! . I have all their email saved
I ordered 6 things and had to email them before they finally sent things out, when I got them I only got 3 items, emailed them multiple times getting the same automated email saying if items were missing it was because they’re out of stock and they would be refunded before my other items were shipped. Never received a refund and finally 2 weeks later I receive an actual live person email who says I need to send a picture of my packaging or packing slip to investigate. As if I still have those 2 weeks later. They should have information in their system that shows copy’s of packing slips sent out. You would think if I gave them my order number they could view my packing slip. But instead they wanna play stupid and act like there’s nothing they can do when you know any reputable business would be keeping track of what is in stock and what goes into customers orders. But they’re not a reputable business so I guess that’s too much to ask for. So basically I’m not gonna get my money back and it’s got to be at least $50 they scammed me out of. Hopefully there is a class action lawsauit I would love to see Fashion Nova burn itself out of business.

Don't you hate it when a business like FN gets so wrapped up in celebrities that they forget about their actual customers and treat them like crap? This is just a little informational for those of you who try to write an either informative review of their clothing on their website or a not so glowing review on their products on their website. I recently wrote a great and detailed review on an item I had ordered, received and tried on. My review didn't make the cut I'm assuming because I was letting people know that walking in the outfit was a little risky and to just be mindful of this when purchasing. I guess they deemed my review as possibly cutting down on sales of the outfit as opposed to saving them from a lawsuit when someone wearing this particular outfit (Kendall White Ruched Jumpsuit) trips, falls and breaks their neck and wins the lawsuit because FN did not put a disclaimer on this outfit and they were the proximate cause of the accident. Not to mention the outfit is completely sold out in every size thus increasing the odds someone will get severely hurt. I'm being completely serious and not even exaggerating! You literally cannot walk in this outfit. It's stunning but dangerous. I ended up having to cut and hem the pant legs. So with that being said, because this is how FN treats reviews if they aren't 100% GLOWING I am done doing business with them. I do however want to inform some of you, so you do not get hurt unlike the company who doesn't care if you're completely informed. One way or another you'll get the review I wrote. I purchase from them often, however they have a lot of customers so I guess that gives them the right to be cocky and treat people horribly and the could care less if you are dissatisfied. Good luck!

I ordered 4 dresses online. Not once did i get a notice from Ups saying that they were coming or when they would come. i had no idea, i obviously would have stayed home those days he came. ok so he made 2 other attemps, an ups still never gave me any notice, when i call them to see where it is they tell me its in the process of getting shipped back to the online store, and how the delivery guy came an no one was home. Making it seem as if i was in the wrong i was so angry, she had nothing to say as to why he or the company never called, email or left a notice in my mail box. Now i have to go back online hoping the dresses are still available and pay for shipping again. Which UPS should be covering. ####ing ###. How could anyone do business with them?!

Luis returns to Ecuador on Friday, and he will only be at the hotel until Thursday night. We do not know what is going to happen with the things we ask for through your web page. We called all the day to the numbers that you gave us, to speed up the process, but we do not obtain answer. I find it a lack of respect for the customer. We live in Ecuador, and we can not pay extra for worldwide shipping.

I had made an order form March 31, 2017. I received an email asking for some information being that it was suspected for Fraud. I am an international buyer and I have ordered from your website before . Today is April 6, 2017, I have sent out numerous emails asking for an update, numerous phone calls but no answer. I am annoyed because I paid for a one day shipping to Houston in which my dad was going to bring it to Belize. I want to change my shipping to an Ezone address but it has to be done by today in order for me to get my order by next week Wednesday. I have yet to get any response on anything. Mind you, my credit card has been charged but no product has even been sent out and if I should cancel my order then the only option I have is a store credit. I live in Belize..I don't know when I'll be able to go and shop at your actual store at whichever locations your store are situated in. I really liked your website, and i had no trouble the first time around but I really don't know what happened. It is a business transaction, I got charged for a product but in return have not gotten any product or any explanation or feedback. This is not good service.
