I bought stuff from this store. They said they got my order, took my money, gave me a tracking number, and then canceled the shipment without giving me my money back or telling me anything! On May 20, I ordered 2 pairs of size 9 women's "Stoney" sandals in black and nude from this store. They confirmed my order #*** at 7:02PM EST through a text from phone number ***. They charged me $53.96, which they took from my bank account on the same day. Two days later, on May 22 at 2:14PM, they sent me another text from phone number *** to confirm that my order was shipped through *** and gave me the tracking number ***. I checked the tracking right away and the *** website said that the shipper made a label and the package was supposed to be delivered to me on Wednesday, May 27 by 8:00PM EST. But when I checked the package again on May 23, the *** website said, "Cancelled - Shipment cancelled by sender". I tried to contact the store through their social media (***) page where they go by "solelavish". They didn't respond until May 24, and all they said was, "hi! Office closed til Tuesday 10am PST. Feel free to send an email or text now; they will reply Tuesday." So far, I haven't heard anything from them and I don't think I ever will. This was my first time buying from them and it was a terrible experience. I will NEVER shop with them again!

They should give you a shipping label for returns. I paid a lot of money just to ship a pair of sandals and a small bag back. I ended up paying more to ship and return the shoes than what they're actually worth.
