[Resolved] FashionNovanever receiving full store credit refund on returned item .

fashion nova has the worst customer service, they are a SCAM! After lying almost 20$ to return the items that's didn't fit, I needed up receiving half of the refund of what I returned. They never gave me the store credit for all the items I sent back. It's already bad enough that they don't give your money back, and they want to still scam you off your store credit? It makes no sense at all... I've tried reaching out to them through their number which is a voice mail and through emailing them thinking they will respond, but it's been at least 5 months and still no response ... I will definitely not give up till I get my full refund back .

    We apologize for the issue! We do receive a high call volume at our call center but look to resolve the issue. Please email us at [email protected] your return postage receipt and the items you delivered so we may research your return made with Returns Department. Returns generally take 5-7 business days to process upon arriving back in our facility. Once processed, a gift card is issued via the email associated to your order. Look in your inbox and spam folder for this e-gift card. If it's still not there in this time frame, please contact us via email or phone. Our call center number is 1-800-866-0286. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

    I also placed an order for a dress. I ordered it on a Monday and received it Friday. When I opened it that night I realized there was a hole. I flipped it to see if I can fix it since it's usually something easy to fix. The dress had stains like deodorant stains from the inside like someone tried it on. I didn't think much of it because I was planning on keeping it. I didn't try it on and stuffed it back in the bag because it was not a material that can be easily fix. I returned it the very next day. And paid for shipping of $10. I emailed fashion nova that same night and said I would be returning it due to the hole. I didn't even mention the stains because I loved fashion nova and is a loyal customer. They emailed me back and stated that they will do a claim or some sort. I checked my email today and they said they are giving me $8 and some change for the dress and deducted the discount used for the dress. They sent another email stating how much the dress was worth $11 and some change and showed the discount that was used for $3 and some change. The total refund came back to $8 something That they are refunding me! I spent $23 on that dress!!! I totally feel it was a scam. This is the first time fashion nova has done this to me. My first return ever was a success! And they returned everything. What happened fashion nova? You were so good!? I would love my full refund back.

    I wished unread those comments before I ordered from them. Never again. I recently return some items I purchase from three different orders. I sent them all in one package i got REFUNDED for two orders and my third order they claimed the never got it. I AM BEYOND ANGRY WITH THEM. THEY HAVE NO ONE TO CONTACT OR TALK OVER THE PHONE WITH... THEY ARE PURE SCAMMERS. I STILL CAN'T UNDERSTAND HOW THEY FIND TWO ORDERS BUT CAN'T FIND THE THIRD ONE WHEN ALL WERE IN ONE BOX

    @Malika Na'eema I did 2 different returns and they are telling me that they've never received my items. Lies they told! They owe me $70 and don't want to give it. Straight scandalous. I'm not feeling them right now. And I've spent to much money with them constantly. I won't no longer

    i emailed them asking wheres my gift card for the return and they said they still haven't done it. idk what that means but meanwhile i did priority 2-day shipping 3 weeks ago and they claim it takes 5 to 10 days for them to process a return once they recieve the package, so im really starting to doubt ill ever get it my giftcard at this point.

    FashionNova has never issued me my store credit. They failed to enter in my home address wrong which resulted in them sending my parcel back! After my items had been sent back I have been emailing them since mid November and now it is April! I have been asking them to send me my store credit so I can order my items and they keep sending through the same automatic messages and there is no genuine message willing to help me back. I just want my store credit and they cant even offer me that, yet they put me through [censor] even through It wasn't my mistake. If I had known this was a scam I would have never ordered from here

    I recently returned a dress that was almost $40, emailed fashion nova waited a week for a response now they telling me that they have no records of my return! I did everything the website says to do in order to return anything, how the hell is there no record of my return? I provided them my order number and my tracking number, and now there ignoring me and not giving me any store credit basically they just took my money when they promise easy returns but it's a straight up LIE! I loved fashion nova but after this im never ordering anything from them, they just lost a loyal costumer. I love there jeans but im gonna have to buy them from somewhere else.

    I returned 4 items and received a store credit for only one item and they are stating they didn't receive the other 3 items but they were shipped together in the same package.

    Horrible customer service I couldn’t get my money refunded bc I sent the receipt back in the return they can’t seem to find. I won’t ever order from this site again. Plus you have to pay for your return packaging. Nothing is true to size especially their shoes. Save yourself from a bad experience and never order from the these rip offs

    Do not buy from this company!!! They are scammers. I literally been fighting with them for 3 months. First my order over $240 dollars was misplaced and couldn’t ship. So they were going to give me a gift card. 1 month and half of back and forth (with a damn automated message feels like ) they gave me my gift card. Just to only find out they didn’t give me my full refund!!! Just save yourself from the stress from this company. Shop elsewhere

    Same here. Told me my address was invalid (it’s wasnt) so reordered the same order only to then find out my original package was delivered so now I’ve got two identical orders. Planning on sending one back and getting a refund and all they can give me is a shitty store credit. Like mate no, you’re advice was to reorder, so I did like wtffff. And the automated responses are an absolute joke

    Fashion nova honestly has the WORST customer service ever. It was stated that they have 24/7 customer service and responds within 24 hours. I ordered one pants from then, but I wasn’t able to put in my size. I realized it right after I made my payment. They don’t have any “cancelling” of orders so I immediately emailed them to make sure it’s a size 5. After they didn’t respond after 24 hours, I emailed them AGAIN. Mind you, I called their hotline, but it went straight to automated voice message! They finally responded to my email when my package arrived with a size ZERO. The only response I got was to return my package. I replied, but Victoria Quezada didn’t respond back. I didn’t wanna waste my money, so I decided to return it. I paid $11 to return a $20 pants. I live in California and their place is in California too. I have no idea why the return fee is so expensive?? This could’ve been avoided if they didn’t slack and respond to emails as fast as they promised. I like their clothing, but their customer service? THE WORST!

    I made a large order over a month ago and Fashion Nova has refused to respond to any of my customer serivce tickets. I also paid for expedited international shipping which turned out to be a bust. They have ignored my requests for a refund. Fashion Nova took my $300 and ran! BUYER BEWARE LADIES!!

    my experience with fashion nova up until this point has been great. however you guys take people money then state it will be 13 days to process an order meaning two to three weeks and I needed my order by December 1 for a surprise for my boyfriend who is serving
    our country. I do not get to see him very much this is a rare occasion and now I'm stuck with no outfit to wear. and he picked this one specifically for this party. I'm devestated you guys do not respond promptly or answer you phones. if you can not fufil this order which is one dress promptly refund my money asap meaning right now. I love your site and I usually receive my orders in less than a week hell I have received an order in three days before why can't you help me? I will continue you spread the word on social media and file complaints if this isn't taken seriously.

    Fashion nova is a complete scam I ordered items for Black Friday. They stated my address was incomplete which it wasn’t originally they changed it on their own. Then they sent my order back to the shelves without giving me a chance to pick it up. Then refused to refund me and said they’d give me store credit. It’s been over two weeks I’ve been calling no live workers and emailing and receiving the same email. I don’t know if anyone else has taken legal action but I suppose we all do.

    Reading this stuff makes me nervous! I love fashion nova and have ordered a ton of stuff from them, but my last shipment I had to send some stuff back. A pair of jeans came in with the rips broken and two shirts came in without tags that didn't fit, so nervoussss bc I plan to buy alot of more stuff but if I don't receive credit for something beyond my control, I wont purchase from them anymore

    Extremely terrible customer service. I live in Singapore and I am still waiting on a refund of $31.98 USD from October 12 2018 and another refund of $85.77 USD from 23rd of November 2018. They have advised me that the first refund of $31.98 has been issued back to my credit card and to check with my bank on this which I have repeatedly but there is nothing in my account til date. I have been following up with them for months now but I doubt I will ever see my refund. For the 2nd situation of $85.77 USD, I wasn't home and my post was mailed back to Fashion Nova. Fashion Nova assured me that once they receive my return package, I will be receiving my store credits minus the shipping fee. ( Shipping fee is $15 USD) It is approaching the 2 month mark now and every time I check on my tracking history online, from 31st December 2018 - 25th February 2019, the tracking status reflects " Origin Post Is Preparing Shipment". When in their automated email response from you, they tell you that returns take 5-7 business days. Upon further checking, I also noted that on the 27th of December, my package had already arrived at the USPS Regional Facility located in San Bernardino Ca Distribution Center at 11:47 am. Thereafter, 29th of December and 30th of December reflects that it is 'In transit To Next Facility' . Fashion Nova has advised me that for delivery status, I should reach out to the carrier. But who? RDD Logistics or USPS? Beyond ridiculous. RDD Logistics is also by far the worst carrier to use. Other brands use DHL/UPS/FedEx. But RDD Logistics even for international shipping? Please change your carrier. Total refund now amounts to: $117.75 USD. Fashion Nova has become so huge over social media with their large following and their Instagram girls but they have failed miserably when it comes to taking care of their other customers. Buck up on your customer service Fashion Nova.
