I had a bad experience with what started out as an unhelpful pharmacist. I went to pick up a script for my wife which wasn't there. I asked if they could call the doctor's office to see if they might have sent it to the wrong place. He refused point blank. "I'm not going to do that." A few minutes later I learned over the phone from my wife that the doc's office had indeed sent it to the wrong pharmacy. I asked if he would call them for a transfer. Again, would not help. Words occurred between us and in the end he offered to "meet me outside after he got off work at 9pm." Really? What an idiot. If I chose to meet him no doubt he would lose his job (I would think) for inciting a customer to violence. And I was nearly did, but thought I would not be the fool that he was.

Desired outcome: Whatever you want to do. You ought to find people who can actually help someone.
