I was at CVS at 400 6st St. in Winter Haven, Florida, I waited in line at the drive through for over 15 minutes behind another car. I pulled over to the outside got to the window the other car pulls off and I see a closed sign in the window. This was at 1:39 Pm Sunday 12-17-2023. I go inside and knock on the slide down and told a man inside what had happened and that I needed my medicine. I was told I would have to come back they were closed. I then told him I would not be back. An earlier day was there it was closed from 2:00 until 3:00 Pm. I will not use a CVS again.
