On Friday November 22nd 2019 I went to see my doctor at 4 p.m. and he said he would electronically send my prescriptions 2 CVS as usual. Saturday morning when I check CVS app to see if my prescriptions were ready, my Suboxone prescription said new prescription on file canbe filled on or aftrr / 11/24/19. On November 24th I check the app to see if my script is ready and it was not so I click the box to have it filled, but when I checked hours later it still had not been filled. I called and spoke to the pharmacist who stated that they put in a refill request to the doctor but when I explained that the description was there and sent over friday and their online app stated that the pharmacy could not give me an answer as to what happened to my prescription. This is not only a controlled substance it is one that my body will go into physical withdrawal if I don't have it for more than 48 hours therefore this is completely unacceptable cvs lost my prescription and it falls on me.

This is not the first time this has happened with this CVS n Nswer always same, can't do anything with script (which they lost cause it was electronic do I never had it in my handd )
