Was spoken to condescendingly by an employee who answered the phone after an unreasonably long wait. I am compelled to take my business elsewhere. If your employees can speak to customers who bring there business to your organization with such disregard they shouldn't be dealing with the public! The real issue was that I tried to kindly respond to his nasty comment and when I did he took it even further and I asked him not to speak to me that way. I am appalled!
