Called my phone 3 times today: 12:47pm, 12:52pm & 12:55pm = Did not leave a message. I work and cannot answer my phone and I find it ridiculous that you would call an individual that many times in a row and not at least leave a message as to why you are calling.

I keep receiving threatening voicemails from someone stating they are from this company. I have no idea who this company is. They keep saying they have a time sensitive matter but do not say what it is about. They have also called my family members which they do not have my permission to do so.

I started receiving phone calls from RMS on January 15. I do not owe anything that I have been made aware of in writing via mail or email. I am unaware of anything that would have been sent to collections that is outstanding. They have called my personal cell, work cell, relatives and work place.

I got a call from two family members that this company was trying to reach me about an account I have that is in collections. I am unaware of any account that could possibly be in collections. They did not contact me at all and I tried calling them multiple times with no answer. This is very likely a fake collections company based on other reviews I've read.

This company left a message on my cell phone today. I have also been made aware that they have contacted some of my relatives. I have received no bills nor any communication in writing from this company of a debt owed. The calls need to stop. I will only pay a debt after i receive a bill in the mail and it is appropriately validated as is my entitlement under the Fair Debt Collection Act.

I want a cease and desist on calling and they can contact me by mail and provide actual viable information as to what they are trying to collect. This collection agency has contacted several relatives and a previous employer without even first contacting me even though they had my cell number. They are calling with legal threats stating they will take legal action against me. They are in violation of debt collection laws by contacting people without contacting me first when they have my number. Also they threatened to take out a judgment against me. I even offered to settle for a smaller amount but the amount they are demanding. I simply do not have it. Unethical and I do not want to be contacted by this company again as well as any other third parties.

This business has been calling several family members in which I did not authorize. I do not have an account/contract with this company therefore it is illegal to try to collect any type of alleged debt. My family is Receiving calls from RMS a collection agency I think, which are calling everyone they can connect me with. They lied and told my nephew I put him down as a reference. My nephew is a felon, what is he referring for me? They do not identify who they are when calling my relatives. Only threaten them which in turn make my family respond in like manner. They are calling about 5 times a day and not leaving messages. This is a debt connected with my ex husband because they are using my former married name and not my name. They are not identifying themselves. I have never received nothing in writing. They use various numbers to try to trick me into answering the cell phone. I thought they had to identify themselves,. I feel they are in violation of the fair debt collecting act.

This collection agency has contacted several relatives and and my husbands business phone without even first contacting me even though they had my cell number. This debt was handled by another debt colletor in which i paid over $700 for. I have not received anything from them except phone call in which I can't take seriously but of so many scams that are out there! They could not give me the name of who gave them this debt and proceeded to give me a false number of a debt collector wish I called. Unethical and I do not want to be contacted by this company again as well as any other third parties.I am very leary of this debt collector and scams.

I received a call from someone named Brian W that works at this "RMS" from the number looking for my mother. I have other family members that have received calls from him too. The information he provided to me to verify that it was my mother calling was all FALSE. I AM NOT SURE WHAT *** SOURCE HE IS GETTING HIS INFORMATION FROM, BUT ONE THING I CAN SAY IS THAT MY MOTHER HAS NEVER HAD A *** BANK ACCOUNT AND HAS NEVER HEARD OF NO DAMN *** LOAN SERVICE. ALSO MY MOTHERS NAME IS NOT ***. MY MOTHER HAS NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL, BUT HOW IRONICALLY EVERY NUMBER THEY HAVE ON FILE IS OF A FAMILY MEMBER OF HERS. WHEN I CALLED THIS FRAUD BRIAN W OUT ON HIS LIES, ALL HE COULD SAY IS THAT IS HOW COLLECTIONS WORKS. WELL NEWS FLASH SIR, THAT IS PURE ***. STOP HARASSING US WITH YOUR DAMN SCAM OF A COMPANY.
