On dec. 6 I picked up two new prescriptions. I was charged 64.38 even though I have silver script and medicare. I looked at the meds when I got home. I told my doctor I would not take these meds so I did not open the sealed bags. I called CVS the next day and asked to get a refund and told them I had not opened the bags. I was told that by North Carolina law They could not take them back. As a senior on a fixed income that amount of money is a lot to waste.

I would like to return the bag of meds and get a refund of 64.38.

Claimed loss: 64.38

Desired outcome: Return my money and take the meds.
