CVS review: Pharmacy overcharged for brand name eye drops

I have been using the brand name eye drops for many years and just recently a week ago we pick them up and they charged me 256.79 when they should have only been $60. The Pharmacy technician said I had to call the doctor to get them to approved for use when they were already approved for several years. We paid it because I had to have them, but they told me I would be able to get reimbursed if the doctor called them to verbally approve the use of the med. Now when we finally got the doctor to call they now say we can't be reimbursed, because it was insurance fraud, however it was insurance to overcharge for this medication to start with. I have been a long standing customer with CVS, but this is an unfair business and I expect action to be taken place.
