Store #3805 - CVS Pharmacy at 401 Se Main St. Simpsonville, SC 29681

I’ll make this quick. Waited at drive thru window for 5 minutes while the pharmacist and tech looked at me and continued their conversation. Call button was broken. When I finally said “hello” out loud, the tech decided that she and the pharmacist (he looked at me several times while waiting to be greeted) made me wait long enough, then decided to greet me with an “I’ll be with you in a minute”. But I had a meeting, and would be late if I waited any longer. This experience wouldn’t be that bad if it’s not how I’ve been treated the last 3 times I’ve been to this store, #3805. I’m going to get my medications sent to Walgreens from now on, and will make sure every person I know understands how the customer service is at store #3805.

Desired outcome: There should be punishment for treating customers like crap. Pharmacist and tech should be fired or that behavior will continue…you won’t hold anyone responsible for the crappy service, so it will continue.
