CVS Montrose in California continues to refill prescriptions (mostly for seniors) without authorization, permission or consent.
This is an ongoing problem and has been addressed before.
I believe there was actually a class action lawsuit against this particular pharmacy about 7 years ago because the pharmacists refilled prescriptions and received incentive bonuses for doing so.
If this continues to happen, I will take my complaint to the attorney general and pharmacy board.
It is so bad my doctor is complaining because they call her and try to fill her patient's rx's without them knowing a thing about it.
It must stop now. Besides being unethical, it is illegal.
