CVS review: Pharmacy

2yr we have been picking up testerone but over 23 yrs used cvs. The parma forgets to give the syringe with needle.
The other day we picked up and didn't give the syringe and charges us for not needed incorrect needle again. This is a fill needle not one to use with the meds no syringe was included nor the 3ml syrunge with needle.

Today, the pharma ali was so rude, interrupted me when he asked me a question and told me to just use the refill needle to insert the meds. Are you kidding me I told him it was the size of a pencil nearly in the buttox. He was unbelievable and argumentative. He refused to listen and was arrogant. I would like you to pull up the video. Then after 20 min there was multi issues. Not rung up correctly then randy had to re do and rebag everything as he did it wrong.. Then randy was assisting me and was rude and laughed at me. As a customer when I told him I was sorry for this inconvenience as it happens every mo and that all the others are use to giving me the correct one. And why am I apologizing seems they should be to me!
I was on the phone with my husband awaiting the pic to show them of the needle and syringe when he ignored me the entire
Time I even asked if he was now helping me and I asked him was I talking to
Myself as he clearly never spoke to me prior I said to him meaning he was rude and began waving to me
And then says stop recording me, wow is this happening. No, communication. I went to store manager carl in tears and he was shocked but did nothing. He knows i've been there when it was not cvss
Was treating me like I didn't matter he kept interrupting me

We use cvs for 24 years and I believe we will now go else where
We will not tolerate this abuse at the cvs wow

As I was awaiting for another 10 min a lady asked about her vaxx apt for 1;30 to randy and he said direct " does it look like I give you your shot? Randy says to her I don't give you your shot does it look like it/?!
