The CVS pharmacy in Crestview, Florida will not answer the phone when you need to speak to someone. This has happened to myself and to family members. I detest having to go inside, especially to witness everyone ignoring the phone calls. I decided after waiting over 15 minutes on hold to try a different avenue. I pressed 2 as if I was calling from a doctors office. A miracle happened and someone actually answered. I should not have to go that route to get a hold of someone. I get a lot of prescriptions filled there and if I had a choice, I would go eleswhere. I know everyone is short staffed but there has to be some sort of customer service.
