CVS review: Pharmacy

On 9/9/20 I called the pharmacy to check if my prescription was ready the women said there was no prescription for me she was very rude! I contacted my Dr. office and they said the faxed it but that they would call it in that same day. later in the day the Dr. office called me to let me know they left the prescription on the answer machine. I called today 9/10/20 and a man answered and still said they did not have the prescription and he to was very rude. I tried calling back and was on hold for 15 min and the line was disconnected. This is very frustrating for anyone to have to go through. The CVS is located on 4065 Amboy Road Staten Island NY. The nastiest people ever.

Your employees should take a lesson on courtesy.
