I am a regular customer at this pharmacy. I am enrolled in the automatic refill program. My prescriptions ran out yesterday. I reordered them and asked they be ready at 3pm. I waited until 4pm to pick them up only to be told to come back in an hour. I waited until this !morning to go back. The technician proceeded to tell me there was a 2week backlog. I could not wait 2weeks for medicine that I take daily. I waited another 1/2hour for my medicine. This is unacceptable. If this service continues, I will be forced to go else and encourage others to do the same.
