CVS review: pharmacy

They were short handed today sat the 16th I assume because drive thru closed due to to staff issues.
Line inside was 15 deep the pharmacist was making it clear she didnt want to be there even said she could just leave as she walked up feo t because someone pages her as she was passi g the long line of ppl. I dont have a name because she had street clothes on with no name tag.
While in line my son was looking around store hes 20 he was not near her counter but in other isle talking to me. She asked him if he needed anything from a very far diatabce he said no he did not. She proceeded toask what he was doin and told the tech that he was loitering and shouldnt be there. She was very mad and was throwing scripts around and looked very unprofessional. Then I waited 25 min to ask them to refill a script came back hour later and she had not filled it yet so I wait another 15 min while she prepared it. After this long ordeal and seeing 3 ppl be told that meds were not available and need to come back in a few days amd aeeing how this woman actee I will be taking my families business to williams bros.
