CVS review: automated system for refilling a prescription is terrible!

The automated system that CVS uses in my state of Massachusetts is beyond terrible! I used to be able to call the store's automated line at my local CVS Pharmacy, put in a prescription number and the automated system would reply "Do you want to refill this prescription?" Now you have to listen to all the prescriptions that are refillable even though you have no interest in refilling most of them. When you hear the one you want to refill there there is no return message that it will be filled and no OPTION TO REFILL IT. What the heck is wrong with CVS? I am going to complain to my health insurance company that provides us our drug plan with CVS. The people in the store and pharmacy are always very nice so just REPLACE the idiot that designed the automated system.
