Transferring Prescriptions to Walgreens

Hello,
I haven't been a longtime customer of CVS however I do enjoy shopping at CVS from time to time. I've never had issues with my prescriptions until today and honestly I'm disappointed.

I'm transferring my prescriptions back to Walgreens because it's preferred through my Medicare.

I called CVS this morning to see if Walgreens had spoken to someone about my prescriptions; I was told Walgreens had to call them.

I received a call (6/10/21) from Walgreens pharmacist that she has tried 3-4 times to request my prescriptions info from CVS and each time she was told it would be processed. She asked if I could call the doctors and request the prescriptions to expedite matters.

To say I was angry is an understatement however there's no excuse for CVS pharmacist not to follow through on a request.

I understand that the pharmacist are overwhelmed taking care of other customers but it's not fair that they blatantly ignore a request coming from another pharmacy is extremely unprofessional!

I hope in the future they will be more considerate of fulfilling requests.
