CVS review: Mismanaged pharmacy - terrible customer service

This is the last time I use CVS @ 110 W. North Ave., Elmhurst, Il 60126. These fouled up my prescriptions again. Partially filled prescriptions, combining different manufacturers (pill are different), told me wrong pick up dates and/or times. Lack of product (always on back order). Cashiers in this pharmacy are complete [censored]s and the pharmacists are too busy to help figure out the corrections their staff needs to make.

Desired outcome: Review and audit this location. Interview the personnel as their incompetence is extreme.
