CVS review: Mask mandate ignorance of the full rules for medically exempt.

I just had a terrible experience at their Henderson store off Pecos and Wigwam. I was told upon entry from the women behind the counter that I needed a mask. I informed her I can't wear one and I've already spoken to the store manager on this issue. When I came to the counter, she went on to tell me I haven't spoken the the manager as the manager is new and I couldn't have spoken to them. She's new to me and I told her it was dealt with in the past. She went on to 'grill' me on who it was, the name, etc. I informed her I didn't know her name, but described her. She said she, herself recently transferred from another store and I can't be there without a mask on and that has always been their policy! I told her she was bringing an ignorant understanding then from the other store. She said I can't come back without a mask on. I told her I won't be back! Unfreaking-believable. Even the past manager printed off the full mandate and found the medical exemption portion and read it to me and said I was fine to be in there! I have never had a problem at this store until now! I have spent a lot of money in their store over the years, especially in the last 2 years, but I am done! They are losing my patronage and I will NOT be. back!

Are there any exemptions to who should wear a face covering? Yes,
Exemptions include persons:
o Who are 2 years of age and under, to avoid potential risk of
suffocation.
o Who have a medical condition, whether it be mental health,
disability, or other health reason that prevents them from
wearing a face covering. This includes people with any medical
condition for whom wearing a face covering can obstruct their
breathing or who are unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise
unable to remove a face covering without assistance.

Can a business refuse service to someone who refuses to wear a mask
or face covering?
Businesses should first check that the individual is not part of an exempted
category.

I explained to her more than once I was medically exempt and I had a card. She didn't care and refused to believe there was any such exemption.
