My name is Calvin Buycks Phone# [protected] email is [protected]@yahoo.com For 2 years I have had very bad experiences with the evening manager at CVS 150 east Illinois Av. by the name of Carol, The store is in Dallas, TX. 75216. Every time I visit the store, she treats me very badly. She has a terrible attitude and is unwilling to help, She never smiles and always has a scowl on her face. Whenever she's asked something, she seems delighted to respond with a very negative, nasty response. Although this is my home store where my family shops and fills prescriptions, I dread visiting the store because of Carol. She ruins my evening. I really wish she could be moved to another store. Please don't let my time be in vain, please improve your customer service.

Desired outcome: Correct employee's attitude

That's precisely why they hired her. Mine is a sexist pig that tells women to never speak or get thrown out and banned.
