CVS review: Mainly Kaream

Kaream was unprofessional childish uncaring insensitive. He kept talking back and forth with me. He even raised his voice at me. He spoke a dumb lie of me.

The other lady who seems cacuasion didn't correct Kaream for going back and forth with me like a child instead of a cashier. She seem afraid to tell him not raise his voice at me. She basically acted like Kaream so cool and she didn't want to lose his friendship.

So I went to the store to buy a charger because my phone was about to die. I wanted to buy it charge so I can speak to my boyfriend. I wanted to buy a new charger and I couldn't find the ones that are usually on the cashier. The ones that they had two of them was broken already. One of them was broken so I took out the cord to see if it would fit since I wasn't sure which one fits with my phone. I said this one is it and I saw a box with the same kind so I went to the counter to buy it. I said I want a new one not a used one. He kept repeating what I said and I wasn't in the mood since I just came from work. I just wanted to charge my phone quickly. I wanted a new one because who wants to buy a used one. I wanted to keep whatever I bought. Since Kaream wanted to talk extra and I also wasn't in the mood to have a flirtatious conversation I asked someone else if I can purchase it. Kaream said some lie to make himself look good. I asked the lady to check that I didn't. She confirmed that I took it out and yes it was already open. Karem or Kaream was so unprofessional, disrespectful uncaring and acted childish talking back to what I said. I have every right to feel upset about this. The lady during that time should of told Kaream first to lower his voice first before me.

First of I have the money to buy a charger and plug so why would I open one. Also since he was right there then he would of told me not to open it.

Kaream kept being unprofessional. I asked for his name and when I said I didn't want to see him. He said I don't want to see you going back and forth like a child instead of a cashier. He's a man you don't talk to a women like that.

They both Kaream and the while women need training in how to talk to someone. They seemed younger then me. When I laughed after she told me to lower my voice, she mocked me. It's like she wanted to team up with him. He instigated heavily and she just a tiny bit...

This is all immaturity and poor professionalism. They need some training. It doesn't look like there is too many customers there. After all of this I decided to buy and want to take back the charger plug. I did an exchange at the other store in royal palm because I didn't feel good to have anything from that store that tried to falsely accuse me of opening a box that was already open.

Yes perhaps I shouldn't be talking bad about anyone but I expected the workers to have respect for the customer.

After this I was extremely hurt. I told my dad who I live with
and my boyfriend on the phone.

I am and was a buyer. He and her disrespected me but mainly he did. I don't know if it was the color mask I had but you should never think such thoughts towards anyone who comes in your store. This can turn customers away which it seem like they don't have any.
