CVS review: kayla-pharmacy

I came in to CVS and immediate saw that Kayla was working. She is always so rude to me. I come up to the register only one of my rx order is ready because another was suppose to be in today but was not due to the weather. I asked Kayla when it will be in she said I don't know. I was told I would be able to pick both of then up mid-morning today, yesterday. I gave her my Good RX info the be re-billed she said that she will re-bill and call me up when ready. She never called me up, I came back to the register. She started to check me out. My total came to 33.97. I swiped my HSA card, a total of 30.66 came off and the machine told me i still owed $3.31. I took the money out of my wallet and handed the 3.31 to Kayla.

Her remark, "Why are you handing me money?" (with the dirtiest look on her face to me)
Mine, "because the prompter tells me I owe you more, and why do I deserve you dirty look you are giving me for paying my bill?"
Her response: "I don't know why you are telling me i am giving you a dirty look."
Mine: "You know what every time in come in here I have an issue with you."
Her response: "I don't even remember you"
Mine:" Maybe that is the problem, you have poor customer service skills."

Mind you no one is coming over to say anything. Kayla starts saying a whole bunch of things to me I cannot say because I don't remember those directly, but I did tell her to shut the [censored] up.

Someone then comes over a brown haired girl in a blue shirt and starts swearing at me.

I'm disgusted by both or their behaviors I don't feel as if CVS is a safe place for my medication, and I will be sending it somewhere else. I want an apology from both of these horrible people who are the face of your cash out.

Oh and lastly, Kayla handing me change when my receipt said change 0.00 I tried to hand it to her and tell her that her drawer was going to be short she laughed at me and walked away.

That was horrifying.
