CVS Natick RTE 135 store Saturday 2/8/2020
Cashier Jazzy
Challenging me on white coupon staring it didn't meet the requirements
$3/12 shampoo
Jon Re mngr came to help and offered to give coupon back
Cashier cont to challenge me stating I didn't meet the requirements stating she coupons too and knows the
Then cont to inform manager as he was ringing me up that I didn't meet the requirements showing him my mc's
Then laughing snarkishly as I paid my bill. I again confronted her stating I didn't appreciate the way I was being treated as a customer and the manger apologized while she cont laughing. I stated that I would be calling to report this unfortunate experience and she laughed and said "be my guest"!
