CVS review: FreeStyle lite Glucose monitor.

I use CVS for all my prescription orders located on 1800 E Highway 50, Clermont, Florida.
On June 3, 2021, I had just come out of the emergency room regarding an accident. I went to CVS to
exchange the FreeStyle lite Glucose monitor which I purchased from CVS a week ago I had brought in my test strips at the time which I had paid $80 and I specifically asked, if that machine would work with the strips I currently had. I was told yes.

Well, it turned out they did not work with this machine. They would not replace the monitor with one that would work with my strips or refund my cost. Instead, I was met by a so-called manager name Kevin who was very rude talked over me. And basically called me a liar. Such lack of customer service and disrespect was uncalled for.

I will be taking my business to another pharmacy that knows how to treat its customers.
