rude cashier and manager on return
I went for returning 2 bottles of shampoos which I purchased 3 days before. The cashier is really hesitated to accept the return, and said “I know you people”, complained people use it then return. Finally she did the refund but ignored my present and asks her to have a better attitude to the return. A manager named Zach Vrban got involved, and he is ruder...

CVS seems to give me problems all the time. I have experienced unpoliteness, rudeness and bad customer service on several occasions at the CVS located in Waukegan, IL. They have very unprofessional employees with little knowledge. They charged me twice last week. I called their manager Ed and explained to him. He refused to give me refund back and denying double charge on my card. According to the manager, it was voided on his side. My card shows 2 duplicate charges at the same time. I was told that one charge has been voided due to the cashiers mistake but it still went through. The store manager, Ed has no time to talk to me or look into this matter and said he's too busy. He advised me to file a complaint to contact my card. The process will take forever to resolve and I have to put all this effort to get my refund back because the cashier made a mistake. This is ridiculous. I am just going to stop shoppoing at CVS. I will eventually get my money back after all the paper work and compaint. It's time consuming for nothting.

missing narcotics
I have severe arthritis requiring narcotics on a regular basis for relief. There have been numerous times where my medications have run out sooner than expected and I was unable to fill my perscriptions because it was too soon. A friend had told me that she along with several othes have had issues with their narcotics being filled at the CVS store in...

Is there a watch dog to report this to?

Back in Dec 08 I was given Oxycondin prescribed to someone else. My pills that i ordered were not narcotics. I flushed them immediately so no children could get them. I talked to Don and Rawley who accused me of wrong doing. They even threatend to call the Police. I brought back the empty bottle as requested and again Rawley tried to fill it. I repeatedly told him who I was. finally he realized and he went off on me again. All I wanted was an appology for there mistake. A few days later I tried to renew another prescription. Don called and said they will not service me anymore. This was at the Bi-jou Longs in South Lake Tahoe. I wrote several complaints. CVS who owns them has yet to respond. The date is 06/06/09.
dtv converter scam
A few weeks ago CVS had a one day sale on a tv converter box. The price was $40 dollars, so with the DTV Coupon it would be free. My mother in law, her sister and mother all went to different CVS's and none of them had the boxes in stock or would give out rain checks. My mother in law returned to the CVS a few days later, and the boxes were in stock and at full price, which was $60.
This past weekend, CVS ran the same sale. I went to my local CVS and the young lady at the register recited a line that must have been fed to her by management. The boxes were scheduled to arrive the following day (when the sale was over) but they were giving out rain checks. All three cashiers were giving out rain checks to almost every customer in line, because everyone wanted to purchase the boxes. Later on that day, my mother in law asked if we could nab her a rain check, and we wound up going into another CVS. The boxes were not in stock and the manager refused to give us a rain check.
This morning I called the CVS where I got the rain check and before I could finish saying "I have a rain check for the Craig DTV Converter box", the lady who picked up the phone cut me off and said they don't have the boxes, they never came in the last shipment and they are not sure when they will ever receive the boxes. Then she said to check back on Saturday.
CVS is pulling a scam with these DTV boxes. Why would they offer this item at sale price for free, and NEVER have the boxes in stock, and not have an ETA or any idea if they'll get the item in stock?

I went to CVS this morning to pickup my meds when I got home I counted them out to put in a med box. I was 18 short ! I called CVS right away. They told me it never happens. Well I am here to tell you it did happen and now I am out 18 pills. I am a Customer Sevice Front End Supervisor and I would never think to tell a customer you must be lying we are always right and never wrong. I will count them out from now on before I leave the store in front of them and take my time. Has this ever happened to you? I wonder now how many times have they shorted me on my meds because I have never counted them before never had any reason. So maybe 120 was put in but obviously 18 were taken out. Some good advice uses a pill box, count meds before leaving the store. If this has happen to you I would like to know
That was not a scam. Cvs just didn't recieve the magnitude of product that they ordered. High demand doesnt mean it will show up magically.
This is infuriating. Customers don't understand what we have to deal with on a regular basis. It sucks.
I work at CVS. Sort of the same situation happened at my store. The boxes went on sale and we had none, but we gave out rain checks. We didn't get the boxes in until a couple months after the sale had ended and most customers forgot about the government-issued coupons. I'd advise avoiding CVS like the plague. This whole complaintsboard bit about CVS should be enough to make you agree with me.
Ok wow the boxes at the time were extremely rare to come by they just ran out be thankful u got a rain check I am a supervisor at cvs and I've been ordering them for the past 7 months and just got them in a few days ago
RACIST CVS THE COLONY TX

I'm Chinese and when I tried to ask why they have no boxes at all when on the phone she had said they have plenty of the Craig DTV ones. She said your people are shoplifters get out of the store now ![censored]!. Whatever that's supposed to mean.
I complained to CVS Customer service, and they gave me the run around.
I have worked for CVS for over 2 years. The problem with the converter boxes was that we received 12 a week before the sale. On that day we sold all 12. There is no way of getting more for another week. Even then we don't know they are coming in until we get our shipment. Even then, we may only get 1 when we order much more because the entire United States is haveing this same problem and stores only get so many. We are told from loss prevention and district managers not to write out too many rain checks because we have to price modify that item which causes paper work for them. We write out about 200 rain checks a week because so many people have mulitiple cards to buy the sale items. As a cashier, we get marked down points when we price modify an item and when we do too many we get the talk not to do it any more. There is nothing we can do. Employees suffer hugely every week becuase customers do not understand that we have no control over much of this and the inconsistancies occur because we are told not to do things but it is the right thing to do to issue rain checks. So do not hassle the employees, turn all of your complaints to cvs corporate ie Tom Ryan, not to have these sales where people are abusing the system.
Same story hapenned to me. I checked several stores in New Jersey during the first day of sale - they had no converter boxes saying truck didn't arrive as scheduled. On the next day of sale I drove to Pensylvania on a business trip and had a chance to check their CVS stores. Same story. Only difference is that I was able to get a rain check in PA. In NJ they refused to issue rain check.
manager accused of wrong doing without proof
I purchased Excedrin and presented coupon printed from http://www.excedrin.com/offers. shtml directly, the cashier asked if it was copied. I said no that it was printed from internet. He called a manager Javed Khan, whom came and said that the coupon was copied since was not in color. I told him coupon prints from website does not have to be colored, depends on printer. Then he told me that I used copied $3 off CVS brand coupon (expired 1/17/2009) a month ago. I asked him if he has any receipt or proof that it was me and not someone else. He said that he was there when I used it. I told him that today is the first time I meet him. Also, if he was there then why did he allow the cashier take the "copied" coupon? The $3 off CVS brand coupons were in The Beacon newspapers which were free in front of CVS, why would I bother making copies. Not sure how many complaints against a manager before CVS fires him because this not the first time.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I work at a CVS. It sounds like you did nothing wrong, but you must realize how epidemic coupon fraud is...companies loose millions every year b/c people make copies of coupons and then expect to use them like an original.
Hello,
I am a shift supervisor for CVS and even though I do not work for store #1024 I do apologize. There is a section on CVS.com under contact us for complaints. I suggest that you use that to send in this complaint as it will be required for the store manager to take action. All complaints that are sent via the web site are sent to the corporate office, the district manager and the store manager with in 48 hours. As for the coupon, I can understand both sides. We do have a big problem with them being copied. However, if it is a CVS coupon the register will say it is not valid. You are 100% correct when you say that it does not have to be color, but color does help us. Now if you were trying to use 2 coupons for one item that would create a different problem as you are allowed only one coupon per item, but this isn't the case with you.
my job
I went on maternity leave to have my baby girl in August. About 6 weeks later, I called in to see when I was to return to work, and I was told that I had been taken out of the system. I was sent no notification of any kind and left without my health benefits. I need to speak to someone about this and get this matter settled. Thank you.

Read full review of CVS and 1 commentdid not ship prescription overnight as promised
Ordered a prescription refill on Monday. Ordered overnight delivery. Needed the refill by Friday. CVS/Caremark representative, Pamela, ensured that overnight would get the refill delivered by Friday with an $18 surcharge. Did not receive the refill by Friday. Called CVS/Caremark customer service and their resolution (Mick and Terry) was that I drive 75 miles to the nearest CVS (I live in Southeast Virginia--Chesapeake, VA--and the nearest CVS is in Smithfield, VA) to pick up a 5 day supply of my heart medications. That was their resolution--and a couple of "Sorry for the inconveniences" and a "one good thing, you weren't charged for the overnight shipping." Does this company have any notion on how critical heart medications are to some patients? Apparently not. DO NOT rely on CVS/Caremark to deliver your prescriptions in a timely manner, especially if they offer you overnight delivery and ensure you will receive your prescriptions within 5 business days. Any prescription provider who cannot deliver prescriptions faster than that should not be certified to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
CVS/CAremark is trash. CVS will hire any idiot to work in, in fact you have to be mild ###ed to work for them. They entire organization needs to be shut down and the staff should all be executed for the grace and well-being of society for all the damage they have done to 1000's upon 1000's of citizens.
They lie about when they send items. I have been promised to have my medications now for 5 days and still nothing. I was promised that they would ship yesterday and be here today but that was a big lie it shipped today. THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH AND TO THINK THAT THEY DEAL WITH THE HEALTH OF PEOPLE. HOW SCARY.
My work place (INS.) MAKES us go there, I pay for my ins. dearly and them I am told where I have to get my meds, many people I work with complain about CVS/
Like I said, been going there over a year now and each time a new problem
I have yet to meet anyone that likes CVS
I totally agree with everyone. In the spring I placed an order for Imitrex; I did not know that a generic had been approved and my doctor did not write for "brand name only" and I received a generic, which, didn't work at all. I called Caremark and was told that they would review my case and let me now if I could receive the brand name. In the meantime I was told to have my doc fax a new prescription, which she did. They rejected my claim and I had three months of blinding headaches; some so bad that I couldn't work.
This was only the beginning. Two and a half months later I requested the prescription on file; they didn't send anything. I called and someone said it was sent. A week later nothing. I called and they said it hadn't gone out because the script expired. I explained to them that there were extenuating circumstances and the rep got back on the phone with me and said they's send it out; one week later nothing. I called back and was told that nothing had gone out and that I should send a new script; I did and received nothing. I called and asked to speak with a manger; they kept me on hold over an hour. I then asked the customer service rep to have the manager call me and I was told that that wasn't possible. I then called my local CVS store to see if I could get a one month quantity filled, from an additional script that my doctor had to write, and he said he couldn't fill it since it was already in the process of being filled. I was in prescription hell. I wrote customer service and received no reply.
Finally, I called, in tears, while having a migraine and a gentleman answered the phone and helped me. In total it took 5 months for me to get my prescription. I felt like I was being penalized for wanting the brand name. I am now waiting for another prescription that was supposed to go out on Tuesday. Will it be in tomorrow's mail? It's anyone's guess. I am now taking some of my prescriptions to Target. I'd rather pay a little more and know I will have my medication when I need it.
DLC
Caremark is a huge joke. I cannot even begin to go over all the problems I have had with them. They make me totally crazy. No one knows from one day to the next what is going on. They lost prescription shipments, then gave me a hassle before sending out replacement...then charged me TWICE for the same shipment. They have lost my checks; totally changed my prescriptions. I mailed them a prescription in July, and here it is Sept, and I STILL do not have prescription, after they have hassled my doctor's office at least 3 times about the mg, and dosage.
Then, their personnel is rude and nasty when frustration takes over. I cannot wait to get another job, just to get rid of this place.
STEER CLEAR of this place if at all possible.
Deb
I had the exact thing happen to me. I filled requested on-line prescription 2 weeks ago that never arrived - Caremark cliams I did fill ou the on-line form and that I'm just late. Not true, they still have my CC information!
On Monday (7/10/09), I got them to "do me a favor" and ship my medication out over night.
I checked on Tuesday (7/11/09) and nothing had shipped. They had record of the conversation but no record of the promise made by one of their Employees!
So, Tuesday, they promised my prescription would ship overnight.
I checked today (7/12/09) and the prescription shipped today standard mail!
I asked and the rep told me "oh, there's a note on here saying to ship over night, I guess they didn't?"
Now the doctor has to call in a prescription to the local pharmacy. If they expect me to pay for this one, I'll be on the phone again!
This company is worse than a joke! Do they have to wait until their practices kill a few people before they change?
Tom
Don't accept anything these reps tell you at caremark they are all liars and I would swear to that in a court of law. My husband is diabetic and I have been waiting over month for caremark to aprove his shipment of Insulin.
Delay after delay I wait, I've been lied to, I've been made to feel less than, and have been humiliated By this Bogus prescription company...NOONE talks to eachother and everything is a battle...please ATT employees complain when they don't do their job, maybe next time we'll get a better company to provide us our prescriptions.
someone elses script covered with a tag with my name incorrect rx number
id like to make a report against cvs pharmacy 15 colonial place mt vernon ny 10553. i had a perscription and called in a refill when i picked up my meds i was given something different than what my original perscription looked like also there was a sticker with another patients name under the sticker with my name without realizing the rx numbers didnt match i called cvs to inquire. they told me to call my dr if this medication doesnt work and have her find me a new medication. they also told me albutural had been discontinued! which is far from true i dont know what to do from here im highly upset and this medication does not help the way my origional medicine did . this is supposed to be a rescue inhalier. my rx number was 633336 the rx they gave me was 637552. LETS NOT FORGET TO MENTION THEY BROKE CONFIDENTIALITY BECAUSE I NOW KNOW THE PREVIOUS PATIENTS NAME AND ADDRESS AS WELL AS HIS PHONE NUMBER DOCTORS NAME AND DIAGNOSIS! THIS IS UNREAL! MY SCRIPT WAS FROM ARMSTRONG PHARMACUTICALS I CHECKED THE WEBSITE THEIR PRODUCT WAS NEVER DISCONTINUED! THE PRODUCT THEY GAVE ME IS PROVENTIL HFA. EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE BOTH SUPPOSEDLY FORMS OF ALBUTERAL ONE IS STRONGER THAN THE OTHER. THIS MEDICATION CAUSES DIZZINESS MY MEDICATION HAD NO SIDE EFFECTS THAT CAUSED ANY TRUE PROBLEMS! I HAVE TO LITERALLY TAKE 6 PUFFS WHEN IM ONLY SUPPOSED TO TAKE TWO AND IT STILL DOESNT WORK! when i complained to the store they told me simply go see my doc and have her perscribe something else! why? she gave me 6 refills! they screwed up and refuse to admit it

Albuterol Inhaler has not been available for a few years now, it only comes as proventil hfa, proair, ventolin hfa
I am sorry to say that CVS was with-in their rights. Federal law prohibited the continuing of the origional armstrong albuterol format & was required to change over to HFA inhalors. I worked in the pharmacy and talked with many people about the switch. They were wrong on 2 accounts, the prior lable shouod have been removed (however state law prevents any drug from leaving the pharmacy area (meaning under direct supervision of a phamracist) and being returned, the label was most likely someone had already gotten their med and had called in another refill. the 2nd mistake was not talking with you & explaining the changes that were going on NATIONALLY. While you may have been or are able to find some stores that still stock the armstrong alboterol, you will not find it for long, it was not discontinued, just forced off the shelf.

For many years I have been using the CVS brand dental adhesive. For several months now I have been unable to buy it. Three of your stores near me have been continuously out of stock. When I complained about this to one store manager she said that the store was new and that they hadn't figured out what sold and what didn't. Obviously you can't sell a product if you don't put it out on the shelves.
I wonder what is going on here because I observed the same no stock condition in one of your stores in Manhattan also. There is always plenty of Fixodent.
Walmart sells their house brand and I have stocked up for several months so I don't have a problem but maybe your company does.
overcharge
My debit card was charged twice for a photo service. The first time the employee said it did not go throught, and I was charge for $ 32.97 because I request a cash back of $5.00. The second time I was charge for $27.97 .
I spoke to the store manager and she asked me to call the phone number on the back of my CVS card to solve the problem because she can not do anything about it. I called the number 1-800-shop CVS and the recording message did not give me any options to speak with a customer service representative.
Now I ended paying almost $60.00 for a service that really was $28.00 what is completely unfair and expensive.
There is a way for any member of management to solve this. They have that option in the office computer. as well as your bank statement, which you can get over the phone. Don't ever let an employee tell you there's nothing they can do about it, unless they've checked their computers. A member of management will have to do it, but it's called "electronic journal". it records every transaction from every register and every cashier from then to a week prior. Otherwise, you could go to your bank and get a print out of the transactions, and bring it back in, and they could take it from there.

I have a receipt that says that my extra care account information is incomplete. Please visit www.cvs.com/extracare which I am doing and I don't see a place to fill in the missing information requested. So far, I have not received any benefit from having my CVS card.
It's not a rip off, you have to call the the number on the back, and set up the card through extracare, then wait about 10-15 minutes. Then set up your account if the account doesn't go through test up the account without the card number, but with everything else, then go back, and add the card.
I agree with what everyone is saying. It won't let you sigen up the Double quarterly extrabucks Rewards. I have had a extracare card for as long as I can remember and now I don't exist. Great way to run a business.
What everyone isn't understanding is when Longs
was purchased, CVS didn't fully grasp the amount
of people who had to sign up for the Extracare card.
With that being said all the applications got sent in
at the same time. That means they were scrambling
to get everyones numbers and info in, so errors were
bound to happen. Not to mention I'm sure all of your
handwriting was clear and precise.
I just tried to attach my new card to my online account and they seem to have changed the numbering scheme at some point and now the web site is out of sync.

I have not had any problems registering or using my CVS card as long as you complete all information
I work for the Extra Care customer service. Your card is active and working the minute you scan the card. you will get EB if you spend at least 25.00 every quarter or partisapate in the weekly and monthly promotions. As for adding personal information you need to fill out the paperwork at the store that came with your card or call the 1 800 number on your card. When you put yout information in online it will try to verify it to what we have on file. this is why you can not register online, we dont have any info yet hope this clears things up
i work at cvs, sometimes customers phone numbers don't work is because they never filled out the enrollment form, the sticker that was on the card was never put on the form, or possibly never included a phone on the enrollment form. to add your phone number call 1-800-shop-cvs, have your card number and they will update your information.
I truly agree! I went to CVS several times and noticed my receipt noted extracare account incomplete. Today, I had a encounter another problem. I went to CVS in Brea to do my shopping not knowing my card was not with me. The cashier said acct could be pulled by my phone number. The computer kept on declining my valid phone number. Their system truly is undependable. If they won't do anything to fix this problem they are going down like other businesses.
Unsatisfied Customer =(
you must call them to register the card. i ran into the same problem. as soon as they register the card and validate it, you can set up your cvs account. the registration for a cvs account and register your extracare card are separate.
not responsiveness
I have been a customer of CVS stores for many years now, have never had a complaint. In fact I was probably considered a “fan” of CVS.
Unfortunately, I am not so sure now. Yesterday (A Sunday) I went to a local CVS in my neighborhood. Gathered my selections and paid using a personal check (which I have always done). The cashier wrote my license number down and started the transaction. My check was declined, at first I was very confused, I do not bounce checks…but that was not why my check was declined….this is why:
“We are sorry that we are unable to accept your check at this time. Your recent check –writing activity in our stores has exceeded our current limit. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask that you complete your purchase by an alternative means. Should you have any questions about our policy in this store, please call our Check Services Department at [protected].”
Now this is certainly a new one on me. I have 1 check that was just cleared in my account within the prior week. What if I needed a prescription? It was Sunday, obviously I could not withdraw money. My luck, I have not received my debit card yet…but since that is similar to check writing would that also be declined? Since when do retail establishments decline taking money from their customers?
But folks…that is not all. First thing this morning I called the number given above…it is 11:30 EST, yet the recording insists that “we are currently closed”. I have tried several numbers and have not received one human being as of yet to find out what exactly this is all about, no luck just recordings.
I am slightly exasperated at this point….so I am now trying email….
I filled my medication Diflucan at the West Fort Worth Parmacy and they gave me pink colestorol medication instead of my Diflucan card board pack they owe me nine refills can you please help me get my medication refilled?

I love going to Cvs Pharmacy on LaSalle n Monroe when I was in their the lady that look like a boy, I think her name tag said Tini on it and as she ringing me but I saw her put the money in her pocket not in the drawer. I called the store on Friday afternoon to speak to the store manager James and he told me he talked to her and she said she did n such thing. If you have a store manager letting the employees stale he should be fired right with them. I want ever shop in their again, you have a rude manager and that employee in their taking money.
A continuation for Tazimom,
By the way, are you speaking of programs like welfare and food stamps? If so... In order to qualify for those programs you must have a legal residence, and verifiable identity, social security, and employment/other income documents. And, I'm going to anticipate that you are going to scream identity theft, and you'd be right. But let me just say that the growing number of identity theft cases by illegal immigrants is damned good justification for more efficiently processing those applying for U.S. citizenship. That way, they would not be forced to steal others' identities for survival.
On a more general note, are you speaking of just Mexican immigrants in your ramblings? Because there are plenty of Canadians via the Northern border states, Asians via cargo ships or other means, Samoans and Russians/other Slavic peoples via Alaska, and countless European ethnicities that are in this country just as illegally as a Mexican border jumper. But I would bet that you would not consider them as much of a threat...and probably, at least in the case of Russians and other Europeans, because they are white and likely speak English very well. Thus, they "pass" as American and are almost never questioned, literally or as a social group, of their legal status in the U.S. By the way there are plenty of legal Hispanics in this country who only speak Spanish or only speak English in certain scenarios.
If you can't or don't want to speak English while in America then het the F*** out . It's a crying a** shame that every other nationality can be proud of their race but if your a white person in America you should be ashamed and if your not ashamed for being white and proud to be a white American then your a racist. In that case I'm a fan proud RACIST.oh and as for having to have proper paper work to get welfare or food stamps or how Medicare, you don't need any of that because according to our government it illeagal to ask those kinds of questions. Just like the illeagal kids in our shool systems that don't have to have the proper vaccinations to attend but yet when my son had all of his shots and we showed the school they tried to tell us he needed more or else he could not attend school. Why shouldn't a white person be racist? Every other race in this country can be. They are all so proud of where they ate from they wave there flags on American soil. If they are that proud what in the HELL are they still doing here? Oh yea [censor] about everyone being a racist and not liking them. Well boo hoo deal with it or go back to where you are so proud of being from.

Tazimom,
First of all, Mexican is not a language, it is a people. Spanish is the language I assume you were reffering to. Secondly, you have obviousy never done any real research on the issue of immigration to the U.S. or you would know that the vast majority of those who we call "illegals" actually came into the U.S. completely legally with work or student visas and then simply overstayed their welcome and disappeared into the greater society. Mexicans, and Canadians for that matter, who "boarder jump" make up a striking minority of illegal citizens in the U.S. and should hardly be the primary concern. I know this because I have a degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences and Diversity Studies. Furthermore, the language signs are in any given area are based on the ethnic demographics for that area. That is what makes the most sense and that is why you see state and local governments putting signs in English and Spanish in some areas and moreso in Spanish in others. It may also interest you to know that when white ethnics (Italians, Germans, Irish, Polish, etc.) migrated to the U.S. in mass numbers they suffered many of the same arguments about how they were ruining society and taking all of the jobs from the "real Americans, " just like the one you espoused above in your hostile and racist rant. Yet, they eventually assimilated into the broader society and today we hardly give it a second thought and would certainly never consider someone of third, second, or even firts generation European ethnicity to be un-American. My advice to you would be to try and grow half a brain and read a few history books and articles on both sides of the issue before coming to an ignorant and uniformed decision.

I agree that we are becoming a Mexican nation ! It sucks totally. They need to come into this country LEGALLY and then maybe we would be more tolerant of them. They receive more than the americans that have lived here all their lives and cannot qualify for all the programs that we are handing out to the ILLEGALS. I prefer to shop where the signs are ENGLISH, not mexican !
Dick and Kenth American socialists lol. Cry more about other languages, your excuse for being idiots. Crack a book open once in a while.
I work at a CVS and I understand your frustration, but you must understand that this incident was really for your own protection. TeleCheck, the check scanning system CVS uses keeps track of how many checks you're writing per day and how big of an ammount they are for. If it exceeds their daily limit they consider the fact that your checkbook may have been stolen and so they decline the check. If you were a regular and had your ID and all, the manager could've overridden the decline and allowed you to make your purchase. That's what I would've done...
The predominant language of America is English, for now, but we have no national language. We should, as most countries do. However, that would not outlaw companies from catering to their customer base, which includes Hispanic people who speak Spanish. Having a national language would merely require government to do business in English, which would lower our government's overall cost of doing business.
They are in the process of remodeling the Longs Drugstores to become CVS Pharmacy. I went into the store at Stetson and State St. in Hemet, Ca. I notices that they are putting up bilingual store signs. As an American I am getting damned tired of the Mexicanation of AMERICA. This is not Mexico, this is America If they cannot read English, they're probably here illegally. I will not shop at CVS. I think it's time for Americans who are proud of our country to tell big busines that we've had enough. This is America, our language is English. Don't shop at stores that use bilingual signage.

I bought a bad of the Sour Neon Crawlers the other day and now I know why they were just 69 cents. The bag of gummy worms had a sharp piece of wood in it. Not knowing where that wood had come from or that it was in there at all was disgusting. Not only is it not sanitary, but if a young child were to be eating this and found the sharp wood in there who...

Just looked at my card and this is a monthly occurrence on my card, No mistake here.
Hello,
I am a shift supervisor for CVS and even though I do not work for the store this happened at I do apologize. Many times this does happen and it can take up to 5 days for it to be posted back to your account. All store are required to keep the merchant copies. I would suggest double checking your card statement to see if it has posted. If not, there are several things to do. I will start with the most important, contact your cc company and tell them it is a double charge and one was suppose to be credited back to your account, they will send this to CVS and the Manager will have no choice but to find all of the papers. Also did you happen to sign the refund receipt? Next I would advise to to go tot CVS.COM and use the contact us section and send in a complaint. This will be sent directly to the District Manager (store managers boss) and he will have to look into it. If you have any further questions feel free to contact me by email at TSITE25@AOL.COM and I will be happy to help you.
