CVS review: deeming / embarrassed / humiliating experience

I awaken to hurry to get a birthday cards and a token for my partner. It was around 4:45am. I entered the store and was approached by the cashier (Scott/white male) he reached for my hand CVS basket and stated. "You steal —you can not come in here. ". He stood in front of me blocking the entrance to the store. I was taken back. A customer was standing at the register just looking. I found myself pleading with him telling him. I shoo at CVS all the time and I was an upright citizen with a public trust job. I clearly stated I do not steal. He moved from the entrance and allowed me to entrance. I hurried to grab the cards with a cologne. Tears in my eyes . When he checked me out he stated that I looked like the person who steals and that the statement is true that someone looks like you somewhere. I replied the least thing I want to do is to look like someone who steals. I have been distraught all day and haven't left my home. I am tempted to see legal advice. I am devastated. I am a block woman 4 ft 11 (124 pounds). Also, he never apologized just felt justified. He stated that I could view the video of the person who steals to see the resemblance.
