CVS review: Customer service store complaint with./ employee

I am a regular visitor at the CVS located at 4320 Redondo Beach Blvd in Torrance. At least once or twice a week I go to this location and have so for many years. There is an older lady that I do not know that has been there for a couple of months who is just flat out worthless. I was there Tuesday August 6, 2020 at 7:20 pm . I was in line and there was only one customer in front of me and no others this lady kept on pushing these people to use the self check out when they clearly did not want to. But she kept on insisting and once again they said no. Like I said there was no one else in line and she could have easily taken care of them at the counter but it was like she didn't want to be bother and flat out do her job. I was appalled not everyone feels comfortable using the self checkout. I made a comment loud enough and said you should be aware that your job one day can be eliminated by those machines. This lady flat out does not want to do her job time after time I see her walking the floor and she will not even make an effort to assist the customers. You ask her for help and right away says I don't know other employees there like Gina will go out of there way to assist you. This older lady is a poor reflection of your store.
