CVS - Pharmacist

CVS Store #10332 and #10741 Is refusing to provide me service and fill my medication because of the tone of my voice. They feel I'm yelling, sounding rude, and I explain this is just how I talk and I feel I'm being discriminated against. I'm being judge because of how I sound. I have been with the pharmacy for several years and this new pharmacist feels I'm mean to her and her employees because my voice is loud and direct. I have experience this reaction many times in business but I'm actually being nice and courteous. I say thank you, I acknowledge my appreciation and I apologize if warranted. I'm not a cavewoman, I know common courtesy but I can't help my Native American tone. The issue started with how I was being billed when I pick up medications, the cost would be too high and I have 3 different rx insurance. Im familiar with my co pays these meds are my regular so I would ask to correct them and the pharmacist doesn't like it. I become that customer so when I come into the store no one wants to help me. I stand and wait because they eventually have to. I'm sick and just want my meds and leave but I end up having to wait to rebill properly. So because this was becoming an issue I got a feedback email and I respond to it and I got removed from the store and moved to a different one without telling me. I find out, the person who told me was harsh as I asked why and he hung up on me so I call the new store Same thing happens to me. She tells me the tone of voice Is unacceptable and I explain this is just how I sound and she tells me find another pharmacy, I'll let the manager know and hangs up on me. I call back to ask for corporate complaint number and she hangs up. I'm without my medication, first store called my doctors and let them know they can't fill for me so I have to schedule new appointments to rectify this issue and figure out how to get my medications filled. I tried to call 800-shop-cvs but they didn't know how to help me and send me to different departments. Finally someone said call this number tomorrow, this store warned all the other Stores in the valley about your attitude. I don't have attitude? I thought it was my tone? They said attitude too. They said I look mean and employee are uncomfortable helping me. Okay none of that was discuss with me but the help desk can give me all this information but no one can help me and understand that my Native American direct tone of voice is who I am. I'm billed incorrectly, my feedback was a biased response, My tone voice, attitude and my looks is all the reasons I can't get service from CVS. So what do I do now? I can't transfer to another company like Costco, hospital rx, A store pharmacy because I'm on a plan called maintenance choice. I have to use CVS but I'm not welcome to use their service because of the tone of my voice. Isn't their a law against Kind of thing? I need help with this Situation. Call me to help direct me or help find a solution to this problem. Sick people like me need our medication. Thank you.
