I came to get medicine for toxins I had in my mouth and was told I had to go to another pharmacy at I ask can you fill the prescription here employee said it’s easier if you go where the prescription is 9:40
9:50 I pull up to the cvs that has the prescription but there close I go back to the cvs that I was at originally and they say they can’t help me because the time even after I told the I need the prescription for something serious
Desired outcome: I can die from not getting the antibiotics

I am submitting complain about a terrible experience in this CVS-Germatown#5460. I am community Health worker from CCI Health and Wellness services and I called the pharmacy to found out about a medication that Patient Amparo Calderon did not received. Order was sent from out clinic on 02/20/2020 for medication Singulair. I spoke with pharmacy manager Lena she had a terrible attitude and very argumentative. All we wanted to get medication for patient and we need it resolve but instead she keep saying that prescription was already picked up. she was not correct, patient did not have an order on 02/13/2020 for Singulair medication. I also let her know that she had a glucometor One touch ultra 2 and she got instead a one touch verio strip which patient does not have. Patient also complained to us about the terrible customer services she received from this pharmacy, which I experienced myself. Patient is transferring her prescription to another pharmacy due to this bad experience. Patient number is [protected] Amparo Calderon.
