I have been doing business with this pharmacy for over 10 years. Recently I have been experiencing a lot of problems. My husband is on several cardiac medications and starting in May when I called to see when the refills would be ready I was told by Eric, the pharmacist that Dr Chaudhrys office called and canceled his medication. This is in reference to his Bidil. Knowing that wasn't the case I spoke to Dr Chaudhry and he confirmed that wasn't true. When I called back Eric than stated the computer automatically canceled his prescription. After several hours I finally got my husband's medication. Just today on 5/7 21 I called to see why I wasn't getting a text to say his Lasix wasn't ready. Once again I was told it was automatically canceled in the computer. Hopefully you can understand how frustrating this is. The tech wasn't helpful at all and put me on hold without even telling me. I called back and spoke to a female pharmacist who didn't give two cents about this problem. I tried to explain to her this is a serious issue due to my husband's heart condition. All you ever get is an excuse blaming the computer and a half hearted apology. Your company has a serious problem and it would be professional and respectful to at least look into the problem. My husband is a physician and he has never heard of such bad service. I've been a cardiology nurse for 39 years and have never seen such bad service or LACK of care. I would like a response to this complaint not an excuse. My name is Joyce Williams and my phone number is [protected].
Desired outcome: A phone call with some answers not excuses
