Taco Bell / taco bell customer service

Saturday august 12th I went to the Taco Bell on west road in brownstown Michigan and ordered my food like I would anywhere else. When I got home they had messed up my order so I called and asked if I could get it made right they said that they could only give me a single taco for their $12 mistake. I asked if I could just get a refund and I was told no. They wouldn't make the order right and wouldn't refund my money to go elsewhere. I was super disappointed, I enjoy Taco Bell and it's a shame that this store showed such bad customer service and didn't act proffessional at all.

    I always put in my order for Taco Bell on line. First off, you can customize your order. None of that custom stuuf is on there drive thru menu. None of it. Never mentioned. Secondly, I've never had an order that I put in online messed up. All you need to know. Taco Bell ordering these days is totally online stuff.
