restroom policy
I buy food here at the Taco Bell on Fallbrook Blvd and today I stopped by to use the restroom and they told me I had to buy something if I wanted to use it.
I think this sort of behavior is outrageous. Especially since there are no public restrooms provided by the government. The manager here should be given a big glass of water and no money and see how he likes it.
I buy food here regularly and the manager won't let me use the restroom because I didn't buy anything this time. I think I won't be eating here any more nor will my friends.

Every time I come to the 38th & Post Rd. Indianapolis In location they either don't have any food or they're not serving at that time. I am here now as I am writing this complaint and they don't have any employees to help I've yelled at the drive-thru speaker and no response I drive up to the window and there is a lady with street clothes on at the window I asked if they were closed she asked the mngr I guess the mngr told her to take my order and she did but then told me to pull around the front so she can bring it out. This store is so ghetto either they need to hire reliable help or shut down
tacos with no tomatoes on all, no cheese on three, and hardly any lettuce.
This happened today August 28. Order # 179931
There was a little cheese on two out of five tacos, no tomatoes on any and hardly any lettuce.. Meat was also thin but not bad. It was a take home order so hard to go back right away as it its 8 miles away.. It also happened last winter and on my next trip to Dubuque I ask to talk to the manager and he replaced all of them and they were the best we ever had at taco bell.
wait, food and customer service
Everytime anyone in town comes to Taco Bell we have to wait at LEAST 15 minutes. It's terrible and the employees don't agologize. Something needs to be done. You lost my service along with 80% in Harrisburg, IL. The employees yell at each other. Act SO hateful when we come through. Cuss and everything else that can possible make a experience at fast food terrible.
I ordered Chalupa with been as we dont eat meat. We have informed them to replace Beef and it was mentioned in the receipt. When we received the food, they didnt replace it and when we checked with Manager, they were really rude. They were not even guilt of their mistake. They said that we will replace the other food. it was such a pathetic and bad service. I do have receipt for proof. This should be highlighted to all..

I placed an online order at my local Taco Bell around 8 or 9 pm. I intended to pick it up on my way home from work around Midnight. The website and location both said that they didn't close until 1 am. I arrived shortly after Midnight and everyone was already in their cars and as I was pulling in to pick up my order, everyone was pulling out to leave. I didn't get my food, but I had already placed and paid for the order online.
drive thru service
I am a loyal eater at Taco Bell and even got married at one in January 1995. However, I have had terrible service time and time again at one of my local Taco Bell's. Specifically on 5030 Cambridge Way, Plainfield, Indiana. Each week the amount of time from ordering at the speaker to actually receiving your food is over 10 minutes. I have always thrown away my receipts with the wrappers until this past time. I ordered my food, 1 combo #4 at 7:13pm on 8/26/16. I received it, with a receipt timed at 7:24pm. I can no longer just be upset and move on but needed to voice my concern. Please help this establishment get better so I can feel better about my experience and not stop going all together.
I ordered 5 frito burritos and I got 3 bean burritos with chicken...
I had to replace the whole order number 1 during the day at lunch and dinner now still have not got any luck finding out how to make sure Taco Bell is not going to be in any way of trouble the manager or the store...I noticed that the other employees are not in Taco Bell uniforms for example one who has been promised me that stuff is always going to be better is always out of uniform
cashier's bad attitude
While at Taco Bell 00932 on August 26, 2017 at 7:45pm - Canyon Country, CA Order #117176 - (Arianna R) After ordering our food, we asked for a cup for water and the cashier said they were out of cups. After my wife got her cup (came with the meal), I asked if it would be okay this time to just get a regular cup for water. She refused and said we would have to pay for it. We feel that since they had run out of water cups (I only drink water), that it could just slide this time, but she handled very poorly. We live very close to this Taco Bell and are frequent visitors and have never been treated this way. Sorry, but we were offended.

I ordered a spicy potato soft taco fresco style but with the sauce. I understand that with the sauce means it's not fresco however I don't need to pay extra for this, but i was. The lady checking me out was rude by saying well it's not fresco if you do it that way so I HAVE to do add pico which added an extra .60. Yes I get it, that's not a lot of money but it adds up and was unnecessary to give me attitude about. It's called communicate with your co workers. It would be nice if just once Taco Bell wouldn't mess up on an order, is that a thing? I expect, at least, a complimentary Taco thanks
did not receive what I paid for
On 8/25/17 I went to taco bell in ridge ny. I placed a $21.66 order for take out. I paid extra to have sour cream in my soft shell tacos which is clearly printed on the receipt. To my surprise when I got all the way home there was none. Its just very disheartening when something like this happens. The order #is either 27979 or 127979. The cashier is maria h. no beef
Went through the drive thru at 1150pm on Thursday night and the drive thru lady made me wait 10 minutes before answering just to tell me they were out of beef. How can a Taco Bell be out of beef two hours before they close! I was the only car in the whole place. The employees were to lazy to make any more beef and didn't want a paying customers money! The lady said "we don't have any beef so have a nice night"

Quentin took our order and was amazing n patient... My son spilled a drink in which I asked for a towel to clean it and derek a supervisor argued and told me that is what quentin was there for he was rude to the boy and just degrading to him. I've owned and ran restaurants all my life and would never treat my employees the way quentin was treated... Quentin took it on the chin and did as he was told. Very horrible if this derek is a manager! Quentin was amazing! He is 17 from what he told me and very professional he deserves at least some recognition for putting up with deeek that evening.
taco salad
Went today to Taco Bell on 6579 Milliken, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730 ordered veg taco salad but when I come home and start eating, in first bite rice was so hard to eat coz those were uncooked and when I try taco shell it was stale and smell was coming like it was fry in old oil. I tried this salad for the first time, and it was nasty. From this experience I won't buy this again.

On august 24th at 12:50 am, I was coming home from work and was going to stop by the Taco Bell next to my house because I hadn't had dinner. I pulled up to the Taco Bell on stillman blvd and there were two employees sitting outside. They motioned at us to roll down our window and then proceeded to yell at us that they were closed. As someone who goes to Taco Bell, I know that y'all stay open much longer than 12:50 am. It was not so much the fact that they claimed they were closed but more of the fact that they were so incredibly rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot.
credit card fraud
I used my card at the drive-thru on 8/12 in MD. I noticed a charge for the same amount for a store in MISSISSIPPI on the 17th and then the same charge from the Maryland store on the 18th. I've called and talked to the store management 4x and was told that 9 other people have complained of the same thing and that my information was forwarded to corporate. The website contact feature did not accept my report when I clicked submit. I also learned at my bank that at least one other person from the bank experienced the same thing about 40 miles away. Meanwhile, I've contacted the States Attorney's credit card fraud division and had to freeze my checking account, order a new card, and lose time from work dealing with this. At no time in the last 7 days has ANYBODY from Taco Bell reached out to me. This is tantamount to fraud in my opinion. I will never use Taco Bell again and intend to alert local media if I am not made whole financially.

I pulled through the drive through of the taco bell on Ramsey street in Fayetteville nc and ordered a meal that totalled $9.89. After giving the young black female cashier a $20 bill to pay for the food she attempted to hand me only 11 cents change (without a receipt). When I reminded her I'd given her a $20 bill (as if she didn't already know what I'd given her) she immediately ran to co workers who said to me that they'd counted their drawer money and that it was correct. They also said that they'd contacted the gm and that there was nothing that they could or would do about the money the young cashier had stolen from me.

Yelm taco bell, a girl named jazeman, took our money for 1 chulupa, gave her a twenty, got back one dollar and change, said we give her a five.wouldn't call manager, said they check the till, right, look at is for 1 mln, then said she's right.cover their own behinds is what they did.I feel we were rob of twenty dollars, won't ever go to taco bell again

I went through the drive through at approximately 10:30pm on 8/21/2017. The employee, Cortney W/F, was very unprofessional. I pulled up to the window and I don't know if I was the reason she had an attitude or not. I said nothing disrespectful or mean. She dropped my change in my hand in a disrespectful way. I gave her a good bye creating saying "thank you" and she just closed the window on me not saying anything. I asked for her manager and she asked what I wanted with her. I asked again and she got her. I asked the manager for her name and she gave it to me. Courtney had a nonchalant attitude as if she didn't care when I told her manger she was rude and that I was going to contact cooperate about this. If there's video please look at it. I'll never go back to that store again.
cashier gave attitude and refused to take order
This girl, her name was Lillian I assume since that was the name on her name tag, refused to take my order. I got to the register and smiled and began to order when she scoffed and told someone else to take the register. She then yelled at some guy making food. I saw her pull out her phone as she walked into the back. Very rude girl. That was by far the most offended I've felt in a while. It was a rather embarrassing experience.
horrible horrible chalupa's. stale!
Took my son to Taco Bell as reward for helping me carry furniture. He got chicken enchilada and 2 cheezy Gordida Crunch. I got 2 Chalupa Beef Supremes. Both crumbled when I bit into it and there was nothing but about a tablespoon of beef and all lettuce. Once I got past the edges of the chalupa it was so tough I could not bite through it . I had to tear at it. I wound up just throwing it away. It cost me $15 for a very very disappointing meal. I was shocked because we prefer the Taco Bell in Lansdale. But this was just awful. I have saved the receipt incase you want some info from it.
