My husband and I placed an order at the sonic drive in at the"Annaville" corpus Christi, Texas location today. Not only did we have to wait over 20 minutes for us to receive our order but when we did, the food was not only cold but wrong. Not to mention my shake was already melted. Now, when I went to return the food our car hop, Ralph was super sweet and willing to help. I told him we just wanted or money back because we were upset. I informed him that wanted to keep our drinks, even though they were melted. The mananger in charge, Jessiqua came out with attitude from the start. She told me that I needed to give back the drinks to give s full refund. I told her we would pay for them. She wanted to charge us oober $6 for the drinks. No courtesy for a discount for messing up our order and us being upset. So, I brought back the drinks and said to just give me the full refund. The manager was rolling her eyes. So, they gave me a refund but wouldn't give me a receipt showing they gave me one. I told them I wanted one to show that I got a refund and I wanted to receipt to show what I had ordered. There was an off duty manger there that was trying his hardest to offer me help but another manager came out telling me she could not give me a receipt due to their policy. The off duty manger told her to make me a copy and she raised her voice at him stating, "this is my customer, not yours. Let me handle it" . He was showing great customer service for the lack of food quality and customer service. She did let me take a picture. All I wanted was my money back and some type of "understand" or "compassion" for messing up my order. Instead, Jessiqua was absolutely rude and had lack of customer service. She doesn't need to be a manager.
