What happened to my order? Why its on hold or flagged as fraud? I received an email from you fraud department. I'm calling your number but no one answers.
I ordered twice the first one is the nude dress (going down dress) and the second one is the hype black jumpsuit together with the u bra and bracelet.What happened? it should be fine right? My credit card was charged already and I need my order as soon as possible. I ordered another jacket just now and it was okay, I received an email that you shipped it already.
I'm reading a lot of reviews online regarding this issue and they said you took the money already and never send them the items.please dont do this to me, I was charged already and I'm waiting for an update regarding this, I'm worried I've been a valued customer of fashion nova so I trust u guys won't disappoint me.please I need a reply or reassurance and I want to make sure that my orders are ok.
