On the 4th of May, 2024, I placed 5 orders on the Fashionnova shopping app for me and my boyfriend. These orders cost $550.52 in total. I paid for all of them and my orders were confirmed by Fashionnova. I received confirmation emails from them for all 5 purchases. The next day I checked my app and all my orders are randomly showing cancelled with no explanation from them, no notification or mail. I have tried contacting them several times on IG comments, twitter and their support platform but I have gotten no response. This is my first time shopping from them and I’m so sick. Those outfits are supposed to be for our trip in 2 weeks. We have already paid for visas, flight tickets and hotels. I am honestly not sure what to do. Please help!
Desired outcome: I do not want a gift card for over 500 dollars. I want my clothes or a full refund.
