On may 15th i order from Fashion Nova using my Malawian debit card , however they canceled my order because of different billing addresses bla bla bla since the order was to be delivered in USA. I got agitated as to why they canceled without my consent and stated that they will refund me in 2-5 business days. It's been a whole 10 business days now and more but i still don't see my refund. I feel robbed by fashion nova, this was my first time buying from them and I'm never making a mistake of ever buying from nova again, neither will anyone close to me.

[protected] ON. Placed an order on May 14 In amount of $132.05. The company they are using for shipping is laser ship. I received a message on may 24, saying my packages were delivered. I knew that was not the case, as they delivered it after hours. They was supposed to deliver it at my local post office. The photo of the "delivery" is on the ground outside of some brown porch, not POST OFFICE. I have already waited 72 hours for my package and now i'm being told there's nothing they can do. The emails are all computer automated, and there is no number to call. The delivery company is also state “Thank you for alerting us to this situation and we sincerely apologize for this experience. Unfortunately, we were not able to locate this package during our investigation and you will need to contact your seller to obtain further assistance. As their direct customer, they will have the necessary information available to provide you with your next steps.”

I have spent thousands of dollars with this company in the past, and this is insane that they won't do a single thing but take your money and ignore you. They say they are not responsible for packages that are stolen or picked up by someone else, however the awful delivery company they decided to use delivered it to the wrong place... And somehow that's my fault? This needs to be fixed immediately. I’m contacting everyone until I get proper answers

I have tried to report the two faulty items in my order since the day they were delivered, however an error keeps coming up when I try to submit it. I have also sent messages through instagram which have not been read despite somebody clearly posting on a daily basis! Fashion nova states that faulty items should be reported in a certain time frame, but how is this possible when the report page is not working and nobody is bothering to get back to me?!?

I ordered on fashion nova on may 15th using a visa debit card. Got a confirmation email with my order number. Only to get another email of order cancelation by fashion nova stating that my billing address provided when ordering is different from the one provided to my financial institution. It's been 5days+ now and i still haven't gotten my refund yet. Fashion nova please i want my $144.

please be advised that i am not new to online shopping and i must say Fashion Nova has to be the WORSE EVER! i have dealt with. You have no live agent. your returns you charge me shipping for and then give a gift card to use at your store only!? how dare you!? i was forced to replace an order since i had a credit i had to use (unfortunately) and then it wasn't even applied! after i get this resolved i will not deal with fashion nova again.

Hi I bought a jeans in 3x I refunded it because it was too big and I bought another one in 2x but I never got a confirmation number and the money was deducted. It was purchased on the 15th of May 2023 and it was supposed to be sent to 3615 saint Thomas Lane apt f 46214 Indianapolis Indiana. My name is Adekaka Georgina I have uploaded the proof of debit.

This is so annoying, this was my first time ordering a bunch of clothes from them but they cancelled my order first, because of billing information blabla and that’s fine. I ordered again with my friend’s card that she has used before to order from them,they sent me an email that the order was confirmed and all,tell me why fast forward hours in the app it says that the order is cancelled but I never received any cancellation email like before. I am so confused and annoyed and VERY disappointed because I was excited

I returned my order [protected] on May 9 2023. I have since not received my store credit. I have sent 7 emails with absolutely no response.

05-07-2023 I order mother day gifts on Fashion nova Website and I paid for 2 day shipment! Wednesday the 10th and I notice when I track my packages is being delivered by a company GLS so I check the tracking and my packages hasn’t arrived so I contact GLS which is the worst mess I’ve heard of they claim my address was wrong when I been order from this company Fashion Nova but GLS said it’s fashion nova fault! I told GLS can they correct the address when I say bad customer service! They agreed to fix it why Today .05/15/1023 my address is wrong and now they have to contact fashionNova for the address change then u can’t talk to a live person

I ordered 2 tees and it showed delivered 2 days ago but nothing at my door. I filed a dispute and was told to allow 2 days (today). I check back and I received an email saying because the deliverer proved they delivered it with a pick I can’t get a refund or replacement. The picture is a picture of the bottom of a random door with a garden next to it! No apartment number just the ground. I live upstairs! So there’s no damn garden. How fashion nova didn’t push back is beyond me now i’m just sol? Fashion nova are crooks. Just look at the pictures attached

my ordered 4 things, sent 3 pairs of jeans back that did not fit. they paid me back with a gift card. the clothes were never worn and sent back appropriately. i will never shop with them again because of how hard it is to get your money back, that they take quickly, even before the articles are shipped. i want my money put back on my credit card. the same method to which i paid You! On May 1st I placed an order with fashion nova

I received a bank message confirm the amount of 964 USD was deducted from my Mastercard

Hours later, fashion nova sent me a cancellation note and said they will refund , that was in May 1st. I contacted them several times they said to be patient and they kept sending the same automatic reply . their last reply worried me because they sent a photo showing I paid 0!

I paid 964 USD, they just disappeared

I never got my money back

7 business days already passed

Today we are on May11th

Did they really officially rubbed me?

How would such a company be allowed to work and be trusted

Fashion Nova cancelled 5 of my orders now over an insufficient address, my friend tried and the same thing happened to her and Fashion Nova charged us taxes to ship outside of the US. I paid in dollars from my dollar account and she paid in the local currency. There excuse was that I paid in USD but then they charged my friend again and if you know what taxes are and how they work you would know it has nothing to do with what currency you pay in so they are collecting tax money and where is this money going to and how many people are they doing this to? When I looked through my previous orders with Fashion Nova they have charged me for duties (on some not all overs) and taxes (on all my orders except the first one) and robbed me over $100. They have automated responses and do nothing to help but make excuses to rob people of their money and even when something has gone wrong on their part they want to offer a refund in store credit when it is THEIR FAULT! They have sent me defective and highly damaged items and refused to refund me back my money.

Hello I’m putting a complaint on my packages I didn’t received it was delivered at the wrong address so I never received it my order number is [protected] they deliver at the wrong house I don’t kno where they drop it off yet I have no neighbors in my building do I can’t ask nobody they delivered it on may 4, 2023 I reach out to the company and didn’t get no help on fitting this issues I would like a refund on my closing purchase I’m very upset about this Mother’s Day is approaching and I have nothing to wear or go buy another outfit please refund my money.

I ordered items to the uk at around £80. They were delivered by a courier who left them on a step and they were subsequently stolen.

I contacted fashion nova to explain and they basically told me "It wasnt there responsibility" Even though the courier they contracted to, had not fulfilled their contract properly.

I had a back and forth of 23 emails - each fobbing me off that they could not help.

I contacted the courier company who admitted liability and said it would happily refund Fashion Nova for the cost of my replacement, however FN had to claim from them first.

I sent all information back to FN. They THEN came back and said we couldn't proceed as I had raised a case with PayPal. They told me to cancel the case with PayPal so we could move forward and resolve.

I cancelled the case with PayPal, notifiedd them and they have subsequently stopped responding! They basically lied to me, to get me to close the case with PayPal, knowing they would not help me further. Im actually shocked at the level of blatant dishonesty! The courier company have accepted liability and yet they still would not resolve this.

I ordered packages for my birthday and it got delivered to the wrong house and I have been trying to contact them about it and it’s taking forever no one responds I lost $100 that’s crazy like I want my money back or my stuff pay attention before leaving packages at peoples doors ! I do not recommend! Says it got delivered April 13 at 11 am but it was the wrong house and I found the house and they said they sent my packages back with FedEx and I have been calling and calling and no one answered I want my items !

I previously ordered clothes from Fashion Nova and when they shipped the sizes were inconsistent. I had to return some of the items, which they made me pay for the return on. Then, when the items were received, I never received my refund. I had to follow up with them to inquire about it. They made me prove that I sent it back by sending them the receipt for shipping at which time they confirmed receipt of receiving the clothes. They told me I would be refunded. I then received an email a few days later about a gift card. At this point, I was unhappy with their service and didn’t want a gift card as I didn’t intend to purchase with them again. They refused to give me my money back so the gift card just sat there. Recently, I ordered some items for someone so I could finally use this gift card. I input the gift card info, it said accepted, then put my credit card info in for the remaining balance. Once I checked out, it charged me for the full amount, not applying the gift card. When I reached out to the company, they told me they can’t cancel the order or refund me my money because “they ship too quickly”. They’ve refused to respond to me at this point and are only offering me the option to return my clothes for another gift card. They refuse to accept my gift cards, won’t return my money, won’t let me speak with a supervisor and won’t even respond to me anymore. Please help.

I placed an order and paid about $164, after the successful transaction, i logged in and I didn’t get an email or tracking number whatsoever. My order section on my fashionova app says I don’t have any pending order, please I need help with this. No confirmation email either, have complained severely since 15th April, 2023 after the successful transfer. Today is 26th April, no response, no delivery, nothing. I’m disappointed, I need help.

Fashionnova uses a carrier service called LSO and they have the worse record in history. Same situation for me they marked my package as delivered and I never received it! LSO has no contact information but once I did finally reach someone they claim the package never arrived to their facility even though the scan says scanned at 4am in their facility! Fashionnova is refusing to refund me saying they have no control on the final delivery of packages! How is that fair to customers? We pay our money and they hand our packages to a company that have a record of stealing Fashionnova packages! They mark them delivered but they are not being delivered! They also make them delivered at address and cities that don’t even match the customers address! I live in Mansfield Tx but my package was scanned in Fort Worth and then said delivered in Fort Worth no address provided! I’ve been going bck and forth with Fashionnova since February 25th and they are still not taking accountability! I spent $166 on my order! I don’t have my merchandise and they refuse to help or send me gift cards! They are taking LSO word over they customers! This is being reported by multiple customers so at this point they should investigate their carriers actions! Fashionnova has not concern for us and they are showing no interest in the complaints being made! I willllllll never ever order from them again! The owner is a millionaire living his best life off of our dollars but have horrible customer service and no support! Fashionnova has left a bad taste in my mouth! Trash! LSO and Fashionnova both are frauds and trash! LSO said they never received the package from Fashionnova and I provided this information to Fashionnova and they still refuse to investigate or help me!
