terrible customer service
Understand that you will deal with customer service through email which can be quite frustrating as they provide you with blanket replies that do not answer your questions. I placed a big order for items on June 14, 2017. I was told due to the upgrade of their new system that orders will be processed and shipped faster, THAT IS A LIE. This is the second order one placed in May that I received late after my vacation. The next order I placed last week in June for another vacation has no tracking number nor can I get a response as to when my order will be shipped. My order has not shipped and I Cannot get a refund. I demanded my money be sent back to my card and even with the big mix-up they will not oblige my request. I visit the site daily and I certainly order consistently. To treat a frequent customer such as myself in this manner is disgusting. I will no longer shop here. I will deal with my bank to get my money back because I do not want a store credit as I refuse to shop there moving forward. Avoid this site their practices and policies are unethical.

I was given "store credit" for an item that was never fulfilled, as in it was out of stock even before the other items shipped out and then I receive the other items, did not like them so returned and now am stuck with $100 in store credit that is still missing about $30! They do not give you your full refund. Whaaat!
Oh and they delete all their bad reviews online just so you know. I left one good review on an item my mum genuinely liked and one bad one and they posted but deleted the bad review minutes later.

Fashion Nova received my items several days ago and I am yet to receive a store credit. I so wish I had read the reviews about this company before purchasing because, they are a big let down to say the least. I have tried calling several times and their customer service is non-existing even by email I have not gotten a straight answer in regards to my return (1750779). I have searched the web trying to find a legitimate phone number that someone will answer to no avail. They even list the "Post Office" as one of their customer service numbers. They state on their answering machine that they have improved there customer service to meet the needs of their customers and if this is the truth I would hate to see what it was like before now because this service is atrocious. What's even worst is this is my very first time ordering from this company and I can't tell you how much they have left a bad taste in my mouth.
Same, I'm abt to call BOA and do a charge back, just do that. The more ppl do that the more their merchant gets hurt and they en up losing processing

You guys really need to step up your customer service game . I have been trying to get in contact with you guys for over a week now I have sent back my items which you guys HAVE received and I still HAVE NOT received my gift card . It's not fair that customers have to wait so long to get their HARD earn money back. why even have a phone number of your not going to answer it

never received my order
I made an order on May 28, and received an email saying it was shipped and a label was created on the May 31. It is June 20th and I still have not heard anything or received my package. I called the customer service line to complain, but no one was ever available to take my call, and i never received an email response about my complaint/problem or even a call back. It has been almost a month since I placed this order, what is the hold up and why is there poor service with the company?

I placed 2 orders on June 16th. The first was made at 12:48 pm. I understand that they are closed on weekends but it is now the 20th of June and the last order I placed was fulfilled before the first one. I contacted them via email but I still haven't gotten a response. I really need my stuff because I am traveling on Friday. Order Number 5990013 needs to be delivered as soon as possible before Friday

I made an order (#5872675) on June 10 and the tracking info didn't update until June 15 to tell me that a UPS label has been created. I chose the option for 5-7 business day shipping. It is now June 19 (business day #6) and the tracking information on UPS.ca or on FashionNova's website hasn't been updated and i am starting to get worried.
They don't answer the phone and they keep replying with automated emails... annoying... i just want my package maaaaaaaaaaannnn

I purchased a grey bandage dress and silver mirrored heels on 6/14/17. Payment was prcoessed and recived. My items qualified for the 2 day shipping however it is now 6/19 and my status still says unfilled. I have attempted to contact Fashion Nova but have yet to recieve a answer please help! Order # 596-0355. I need some type of assistance with trying to obtain my item's.
not receiving a tracking number
I ordered the same day 6/13/17. It is now 6/13 I still have not received a shipping number at all neither have they responded to any of my emails. I went they Amazon pay. Amazon has also emailed them and they have not responded. I'm just waiting while my money is taken and they have yet to fulfill my account. This is not acceptable service. Order #5944247
Fashion nova has not shipped my items after contacting them several times by email. No response! No answers the phone so don't bother calling. First and last time ordering from them.. order #5944247. Funny thing my first time ordering and using Amazon pay so I will surely get my money back! I am in the US not Canada or out of the country... I am SO disappointed in this company, or should I say SCAM.. I ordered a Karlie Denim Jacket on 6/12, and on 6/15 got an email saying that they had refunded my purchase, which I never asked to be done. I have not received a refund yet. I have emailed their business twice, I have called they call center, left messages, and nothing. I do not understand why...

I bought the manhattan coat (they were like 30 still in stock when I purchased it) as well as some thight high boots. They sent me an order confirmation (Order ID : #5781099) Then after they even sent me a letter saying that my order has been shipped so everything were OK. The same day but like a hour later i got a message saying ''Here's your Fashion nova gift card'' at first I didn't understand since I didn't asked for any gift card so I sent a message asking why do I had recieved this card and they replied that apparently the coat is sold out, HOW ? When I purchased it they were like 30 still in stock! How can it be sold out after it shipped? And that's not it, I still didn't recieved an answer from them and it's been almost a week now. The manhattan coat promotion is about to end tomorrow. I paid for the shipping and they didnt even include it in the gift card. So now I have to pay again for shipping because their system didnt work right? I have to pay for shipping and for that full price coat because they didnt answer on time ? Thats so much for me its in USD devise and Im canadian. Im so disapointed I loved their clothes so much I just can't afford that customer care and that bad service I'm losing money and I don't even have enough.
Even the credit card you gave me has an error on it when i try to repurchase the coat with 30% sale its 23.49$ USD and the gift card is only 20.98$ USD. Ive been sending massive messages and no ones to answer and my situation is an emergency as the item in question is having a promotion that is about to end in 10 HOURS now! I don't have the money to buy it full price. I can't pay the price of something that is NOT my fault. They got to do something about it and FAST.

beware: terrible customer service, sent me random, incorrect items
This is in reference to order #5713630, I was sent tracking information for the correct items, and a day or so later after my merchandise was shipped, they sent me an "oops" email. Like what the heck is that? It said that some jeans I ordered sold out, so here is a gift card to use for your next purchase. Wait so you shipped my package before it was sold out? that makes no sense, but I digress. I went online reluctantly and used the gift card. I then received my package the other day and there is a random item that i would never wear, a pair of the jeans i originally ordered that were supposedly sold out, but in the wrong size. To top it all off the pants that i was excited to receive weren't even in there. these pants were never sent to my email as sold out.I have sent several emails with no response to fashionnova.com. I even went online to research to try and get in contact with maybe a corporate person and all I could find was two employees that has responded to OTHER complaints that are similar, and they have NOT responded, As well as many calls that go straight to voicemail which I have left numerous ones, I am at this point fed up and ready to involve my attorney, this is a scam company and I will make sure no other people get scammed the same way I did. I think its interesting how you have time to post new scam deals on your IG however you can't get back to a client that has PAID. Quick to take your money and no response, recipe for SCAM. *****BEWARE******

I've made and order and it had to be returned, but it has been more than a month that it was returned and the store did not sent me an email with my credit as it says on the website. I'm loosing 84 dolars and I do not get an answer! The order was made in Mar 08, 2017. For $84.96 USD. And that's the order number #4287743.

did not ship correct item
On May 24th I place and order for a romper, black tunic dress, rings, and chokers. When the items finally shipped out they sent an email stating the romper was sold out and they sent me a credit. First of all that is ridiculous...How do you ship knowing that you are going to be sold out of a particular item. And then send someone a credit. No! you should refund the money that the customer paid. The only thing I was suppose to receive was the black tunic, the rings, and the chokers. Once I got my package on May 31st. The only thing I received was my rings and choker. I also received a dress that I would have never ordered nor can it fit me. I called in the next day June 1st and spoke with some. She stated she was going to send me a return label to send the items back that I did not return and she would issue me a credit for the tunic I ordered. I never received that email from her. And since then I have been calling them and emailing and I get no response. When I call I will be on hold waiting on an agent for 20 minutes then it states that "no agent is available at this time". Once you hang up and try again you will still get the same message. As far as the email they never respond either. All you will get is an automated message. I will never purchase from the company again.

Even if you call the so called "on site" stores, no one answers, I have made few orders prior to the one I made recently and never had these issues. My package was thrown together with items I didn't order and didn't fit.

I sent back a package to them that the tracking claimed reached on May 24th. Here we are on June 5th and still have not receieved my store credit. Contacted customer service and told them it has been past the 7 businesses and they suggest I wait longer. However since I dont have the USPS receipt I cannot prove to them that I ever sent anything back. Still have the tracking number, but thats not good enough. F****** b***s***. If I was Kylie Jenner or Amber Rose endorsing their s*** I'd be getting my money back quick. But since I'm just a broke b****, I guess I'm out of luck. I'm amazed to find so many bad complaints about this company that no one on social media likes to talk about. Plus they love to delete their bad reviews. Pathetic. Advice:get more customer service reps so someone can actually answer the phone and respond to emails faster than 2 days. Your company makes enough money now right?

I bought a couple of your items from fashion nova, unfortunately I never received the items, even though it said it was deliver. I done everything I could do. Contacted the post office, spoke with my neighbors and I still couldn’t get my package. I always have been a loyal costumer to fashion nova. I never have been disappointed with items that I have bought, and never had an issue with my packages being deliver. I hope you understand where I coming from, I spent hard earn money on some items I wanted for a while. All I’m asking is for my package to be reimbursee in store credit or have my order re ordered again.

I bought a total of 6 items from fashion nova spent about 100 dollars and didn't revive 2 of the items in my package. Nor did I get a slip that says "OOPS the item you have purchased was out of stock" which I'm used to receiving from them BUT this time it seems as if they forgot to put the items in my package because usually the packing slip would have highlighted the items that were out of stock but this time it seems as if they should have been in the package.. and I've spent hundred of dollars from Fashion Nova this may be the last time I'm ever purchasing from them.

I made an order of a little over $130.00 on the 16th of May, 2017. The order number was 5419794, on the same day i got an email concerning fraud and was issued a ticket number (#1551420) although i never reported any fraudulent activities after my order was confirmed. I got an email from Arturo from fashion nova informing me that their third party security system has flagged my order and in order to up lift the hold from my order, they will need for me to provide them with a selfie of the card holder and ID when I took these actions I got an email saying that their third party security system cannot electronically verify this order and if I still want to make a purchase I must reorder because this order is being cancelled and that I must allow 7-10 business days for the funds to post on my account. So basically I was told to take a photo of myself and a photo of my national driver's license to only be told that the system cannot verify and that my order is cancelled and that I must re order. I NEED MY MONEY I DO NOT HAVE EXTRA MONEY TO THROW ABOUT ON THE INTERNET. I am very disappointed and LIVIDDDDDD! I called [protected] and also have been emailing [protected]@fashionnova.com.. I NEED RESOLUTION.

I regret that I didn't read the reviews earlier. I bought from this website called FashionNova and never received my item. It is now more than a month and I can't reach anyone from FashionNova to ask about my order.
After they received the money they stopped replying. This whole thing seems like a scam.
I need to contact them and I need help. As for now I can only advice everyone to stay away from them. If you need more proofs then just read the reviews, that should change your mind.

I am having similar issues with this company and let me tell you, I am not happy! They were quick to snatch the money out of my account as well as send me an email about their system updating and they they would be processing shipments on Monday. I have not received an email yet regarding my order and I am going out of town in five days. What kind of company has an answering machine anyway? I am on their website trying to order jeans (it's memorial day weekend 2017) and their website is whack! it is so messy and I can't even click on the right topic on their dashboard. the pictures of clothing are overlapping everything on their site and it is impossible to navigate. it makes it impossible to buy things or look through it. whenever i click on a product i want to buy, i can't even select the quantity or size. PLEASE FIX SO I CAN BUY STUFF.
