Fashion nova charged 392 bucks from my debit card and I don’t even have an account in it. I emailed them but they are saying me that they cannot do anything as it has already been shipped. Bro I don’t even have the account in this site where did you guys get my shipping address? They are not picking my calls too. I don’t know what to do. Someone please help me!

Yes it's 2022 July and this ame thing happened to me first they sent my first order with DHL and it got miles from my home then said undeliverable address being returned when I finally got an email to them I got 21.49 on a fashion nova gift card in return minus 6.99 shipping then al of a sudden 4 10 99 charges on my card to a bs internet service had to shut it down too so years later still robbing people

Since March 2022, all my debit cards and credit cards are being used by fashion nova using even my shipping address. They have been charging my card on daily basis anywhere from $280.00 to $ 900 almost daily on a crapy close and nick nack. I have been trying to get hold of someone to explain the nightmare of running into all these charges from their company. it is impossible to soo. I have all these banks' claims and investigations in vain.

People watch out for this company and any like them are scams, they are created to steal.

Fashion nova stole my BUSINESS credit card information and charge nearly $200. I have never shopped on this site as I do not support their exploitative business practices and fast fashion.

I have placed 2 orders with you they never seem to arrive or I can't track them.

One in December and one on April 1st, 2024.

I ordered some shoes it never sent me a confirmation but took the money off my card now I can’t even do anything I just want my money back

I am trying to log into my account, it is not letting me. I am trying to track my order I never received a confirmation email but the money was taken out of my account. If I do not receive an email fixing this issue I will despute this charge with the bank. I haven’t received my items & I did not receive a confirmation email.

I place my order 8.28pm on 30/09/2023, and got a notification my order was cancelled 12.05am on 01/10/2023. I was notified i would be refunded. I'm writing as regarding the cancelled order( order number: [protected]), letting you know i have not been refunded yet. I want to be fully refunded. Kindly help escalate it.

I just place 200$ order for my vacation which I need to get here on time. I placed it and 10 min after I got a message that my order was cancelled and I didn’t make that action in any ways.
