Bachelorette Late delivery! Refused to cancel order

Purchased several things which I really needed form my bachelorette party and made my order in advance to be sure that I'll get my items on time.
They were supposed to ship my order the same day but they didn't! After week of waiting I asked them to cancel my order because I knew that my order will not make it on time. They said that my order was shipped the same day as I placed it so cancellation was not possible. I asked for a tracking number and they said that I'll get it, but it was a lie. Order arrived two weeks late.

Bachelorette This was such a horrible experience

This was such a horrible experience! I really thought I would have a good experience with this company, and was happy that the tracking method was available and indicated my package was delivered! However, I never saw my package and was so concerned about my best friends party being ruined! I called customer service to see how they could help me, and the customer service representative completely negated my problem and refused to help a paying customer! He blamed me, the customer, for the fact that the package did not arrive! What a horrible way to conduct business when the customer just needs assistance! I woo be aure to tell all my girlfriends to go elsewhere no matter what as this is the worst experience with a business I have ever encountered!

Bachelorette This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had

I allowed 6-10 business days to receive my package, and then I even paid extra for priority shipping (3-5 business days) to make sure I would have it by the time of my sister's bachelorette party, and my package did not arrive in time for the event. I called the "customer service" line countless times and kept getting the same message that "all representatives were busy" - Yeah right, at all times of the day. Thats a hoax. The message prompts you to leave a voice mail - but the mailbox is full. I FINALLY got through to someone and explained that I would like a refund. His response was "Okay, call me back to let me know it is on the way and I will process that refund for you" - didn't ask for my order number or even my name. I even ASKED him if he wanted to take down my information and he goes, "No, thats okay, just let me know when it is on its way"... Yeah right, like I trust that. Whatever - I'm not going to open the box and just send it back. Doesn't even matter if I get my money back, I just want this frustrating experience to be over. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had and it is a bad cover up of someone working out of their basement trying to make it look like a legit company.

Dealing with the people at bachelorette.com has been one of THE MOST FRUSTRATING experiences of my life. First of all, they have 3-5 day shipping as an option, but I was informed after I ordered that 3-5 day actually meant that it was only guaranteed within 10 days. That meant the item would arrive too late for the bachelorette party so I was told to just return the items when I received them. I returned the box completely intact and even got delivery confirmation to ensure it's safe arrival. More than THREE MONTHS and many unreturned calls and emails later and STILL NO REFUND! If you order from them be sure you have the Better Business Bureau's number handy, because you will be needing it.

This company is horrible. I am not going to elaborate because it seems as though everyone has the same story.

Here are my highlights:

.Ordered package, was nervous about receiving it in time so I did 3-5 days shipping with them claiming they ship same day if received before 3pm eastern time ( I ordered at 2pm eastern)

.Got an email 3 days later saying they had just shipped it that day

.Called about being concerned and wondering why they claimed they shipped same day and it took 3 days, they told me SOME ship same day, thats not what your website claims (this was after calling [protected] times and emailing. Finally got through to a person, my email was never responded to)

.received one item of my order on the day I was leaving for vegas for the bachelorette weekend. I thankfully had another girl get some items from a spencers. Called many times, no answer, so I sent an email. No reply

.came home last night from the trip just wanting my items or a refund. Called today. Got through! The man on the phone told me it had been delivered before the shipment that I did receive. I had many packages delivered that week so I would have known if it was there. He then told me that it was with my doorman. I said I know it isnt. He said call the postal office. I said, what in the world are they going to do. He says, ask them where the package is. How can I ask where the package is when I don't have a tracking number. He told me I do, except thats the one that got delivered with one item. I said I would check with my doorman, AGAIN and call back. If i called the postal service with the tracking number they would say it was delivered, because it was! It was the one item that got delivered saturday. He is talking in circles and thinks I wont notice. BIG SUPRISE, IT WASNT THERE.

Don't waste your time, energy, money, and patience with these scammers. In the end I have no items, the party is over, and I am $50 poorer than when this whole thing started.

I have been googling for sometime now in regards to organising a Hens night for my Girlfriend which is in November at the Gold Coast. I found it alot cheaper to order online from this American Bachelorette Store. I ordered $63 AU worth and would arrive within 10-21 days. It has now been just over one month. I know some people may think thats its just only $63 AU but thats not the point! i put my faith and trust in that company, and all i got was them taking my money. I waited a few weeks, but nothing in the post, so then i decided to contact them via email, and still i get no response. I have even contacted them via telephone call twice and have left a message, and still i get no response.

I have been ripped off, and im very disappointed. I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission in America and have filed a consumer report with them and have a case open.

I dont know what America is like, but i dont think i could trust another online company from America!

Warning! DON'T BUY FROM BACHELORETTE.COM.

I too took the stupid risk in buying items for a bachelorette party and even paid for priority shipping (3-5 days). I needed the items to take with me overseas - this was 7 business days before I had to leave. It wasn't even shipped until a week later and there was not even any shipping information about this.

So of course I didn't get the package in time, therefore having to run around last minute to get all the stuff I needed. (Luckily Party City saved the day).

On my return, I emailed to inquire about returning the item... and NOTHING. I don't hear anything even after a few emails.

DON'T BUY FROM HERE!

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED.

I placed an order with the site and they charged my credit card but I never received my order. They tried to claim that I never made a purchase and refused to do anything to help me!

Bachelorette More headache than it's worth, especially if you never get the product

I considered upgrading my shipping but based on their 6-8 day ground shipping I had enough time for the ground shipping, and the package was shipping from Michigan to Ohio, so I wasn't concerned. Of course it had been 8 days and I called, actually spoke to a guy who was the rudest, most condescending customer service person I've probably every spoken to. Unfortunately, people don't see this website until they already have an issue, but if you do happen to find this site DO NOT ORDER FROM BACHELORETTE.COM! More headache than it's worth, especially if you never get the product!
