They cancel my order of 964 USD but didn’t refund
On May 1st I placed an order with fashion nova
I received a bank message confirm the amount of 964 USD was deducted from my Mastercard
Hours later, fashion nova sent me a cancellation note and said they will refund , that was in May 1st. I contacted them several times they said to be patient and they kept sending the same automatic reply . their last reply worried me because they sent a photo showing I paid 0!
I paid 964 USD, they just disappeared
I never got my money back
7 business days already passed
Today we are on May11th
Did they really officially rubbed me?
How would such a company be allowed to work and be trusted

5 orders cancelled over an insufficient address that has always worked
Fashion Nova cancelled 5 of my orders now over an insufficient address, my friend tried and the same thing happened to her and Fashion Nova charged us taxes to ship outside of the US. I paid in dollars from my dollar account and she paid in the local currency. There excuse was that I paid in USD but then they charged my friend again and if you know what taxes are and how they work you would know it has nothing to do with what currency you pay in so they are collecting tax money and where is this money going to and how many people are they doing this to? When I looked through my previous orders with Fashion Nova they have charged me for duties (on some not all overs) and taxes (on all my orders except the first one) and robbed me over $100. They have automated responses and do nothing to help but make excuses to rob people of their money and even when something has gone wrong on their part they want to offer a refund in store credit when it is THEIR FAULT! They have sent me defective and highly damaged items and refused to refund me back my money.
Desired outcome: I want a refund on all the money that was stolen from me and for them to resolve this issue with multiple addresses they have shipped to in the past SUDDENLY being insufficient for them to proceed with the order and delivery.

Hello I’m putting a complaint on my packages I didn’t received it was delivered at the wrong address so I never received it my order number is [protected] they deliver at the wrong house I don’t kno where they drop it off yet I have no neighbors in my building do I can’t ask nobody they delivered it on may 4, 2023 I reach out to the company and didn’t get no help on fitting this issues I would like a refund on my closing purchase I’m very upset about this Mother’s Day is approaching and I have nothing to wear or go buy another outfit please refund my money.

Shocking and dishonest!
I ordered items to the uk at around £80. They were delivered by a courier who left them on a step and they were subsequently stolen.
I contacted fashion nova to explain and they basically told me "It wasnt there responsibility" Even though the courier they contracted to, had not fulfilled their contract properly.
I had a back and forth of 23 emails - each fobbing me off that they could not help.
I contacted the courier company who admitted liability and said it would happily refund Fashion Nova for the cost of my replacement, however FN had to claim from them first.
I sent all information back to FN. They THEN came back and said we couldn't proceed as I had raised a case with PayPal. They told me to cancel the case with PayPal so we could move forward and resolve.
I cancelled the case with PayPal, notifiedd them and they have subsequently stopped responding! They basically lied to me, to get me to close the case with PayPal, knowing they would not help me further. Im actually shocked at the level of blatant dishonesty! The courier company have accepted liability and yet they still would not resolve this.
Desired outcome: At this point I want a refund. I will never wear or order their products again.

I ordered packages for my birthday and it got delivered to the wrong house and I have been trying to contact them about it and it’s taking forever no one responds I lost $100 that’s crazy like I want my money back or my stuff pay attention before leaving packages at peoples doors ! I previously ordered clothes from Fashion Nova and when they shipped the sizes were inconsistent. I had to return some of the items, which they made me pay for the return on. Then, when the items were received, I never received my refund. I had to follow up with them to inquire about it. They made me prove that I sent it back by sending them the receipt for shipping at which time they confirmed receipt of receiving the clothes. They told me I would be refunded. I then received an email a few days later about a gift card. At this point, I was unhappy with their service and didn’t want a gift card as I didn’t intend to purchase with them again. They refused to give me my money back so the gift card just sat there. Recently, I ordered some items for someone so I could finally use this gift card. I input the gift card info, it said accepted, then put my credit card info in for the remaining balance. Once I checked out, it charged me for the full amount, not applying the gift card. When I reached out to the company, they told me they can’t cancel the order or refund me my money because “they ship too quickly”. They’ve refused to respond to me at this point and are only offering me the option to return my clothes for another gift card. They refuse to accept my gift cards, won’t return my money, won’t let me speak with a supervisor and won’t even respond to me anymore. Please help.

No confirmation order email, no delivery, no response
I placed an order and paid about $164, after the successful transaction, i logged in and I didn’t get an email or tracking number whatsoever. My order section on my fashionova app says I don’t have any pending order, please I need help with this. No confirmation email either, have complained severely since 15th April, 2023 after the successful transfer. Today is 26th April, no response, no delivery, nothing. I’m disappointed, I need help.

Package wasn’t delivered
Fashionnova uses a carrier service called LSO and they have the worse record in history. Same situation for me they marked my package as delivered and I never received it! LSO has no contact information but once I did finally reach someone they claim the package never arrived to their facility even though the scan says scanned at 4am in their facility! Fashionnova is refusing to refund me saying they have no control on the final delivery of packages! How is that fair to customers? We pay our money and they hand our packages to a company that have a record of stealing Fashionnova packages! They mark them delivered but they are not being delivered! They also make them delivered at address and cities that don’t even match the customers address! I live in Mansfield Tx but my package was scanned in Fort Worth and then said delivered in Fort Worth no address provided! I’ve been going bck and forth with Fashionnova since February 25th and they are still not taking accountability! I spent $166 on my order! I don’t have my merchandise and they refuse to help or send me gift cards! They are taking LSO word over they customers! This is being reported by multiple customers so at this point they should investigate their carriers actions! Fashionnova has not concern for us and they are showing no interest in the complaints being made! I willllllll never ever order from them again! The owner is a millionaire living his best life off of our dollars but have horrible customer service and no support! Fashionnova has left a bad taste in my mouth! Trash! LSO and Fashionnova both are frauds and trash! ORDERS not being received
Yesterday 4/2/23 lso carriers are stealing packages they are scanning packages delivered in a whole different city from where the package is supposed to be delivered. Then they are also falsely taking pictures of random doors to try and cover up their scandals as if they provided "proof" of delivering the orders, but the doors doesn't match! explain that fashion nova! they've done this twice to me! i had placed 2 orders 2days apart and they did the exact same method! scandalous as hell! i can't possibly be the only one going through this!

I did not receive my package!
I made a check on a package that said it was delivered but wasn't. Then I'm been told that it wasn't and there's nothing they can do about it! This is unacceptable! I made my purchase with you and not the carrier service so the ownous is on your end to ensure I receive my package.
It is clear that they delivered my package to the wrong address even tho the correct address was stated on the package. Do you have concrete proof that the package was delivered or you're just taking their word for it?
There's nobody by the name S. SAM who signed for the package doesn't work at the location that the package was suppose to be delivered. So it's clear it wasn't delivered at the right address!
If this is how you guys treat your customers is very unprofessional. You don't even have a contact line where I can speak with someone to see how best to get my issue address.
And for you to tell me that you won't be refunding me that's crazy!
I will never order from you again! I will make sure to make others aware of this.
This leaves a very bad taste in my mouth!

Cancel my order without any reason
I ordered yesterday an order about 250 $ and it's confirmed. The second day they sent me an email informing me that my order is cancelled and they don't have any reason, just the order is cancelled, even they didn't tell me that the amount is refunded. I sent many emails no reply till now.
It's not the first time that fashion nova don't give importance and respect to their customer.

A return
I spent about 300 dollars at this only line store, bought multiple sizes so that I could return the ones that I did not want. After returning the clothing they are trying to give me a gift card as a refund. I did not pay them with a gift card, I paid them with real money and I want real money in return. This is theft I feel robbed.

I purchase a jumpsuit for my birthday January. I became extremely I’ll ans waa not able to go out; k put it in my closet and planned to wait for another occasion. I was invited to a Saturday afternoon garden wedding so I thought my pink sequin jumpsuit would be perfect. I tried the jumpsuit on ans to my surprise it was IRREGULAR! (See pix). I sent customer service pictures informing them the suit was never wore w/ pix of tags still attached and rhe irregularities. I was told there’s nothing they can do. How did that piece of crap as a jumpsuit pass inspection(s)?

I received no confirmation code no email no package and I ordered express shipping last Thursday. I’m trying to keep in contact and message them I can’t message them if I don’t have a order number but I can’t give them a order number if they didn’t send me one so it’s out of my control. LaserShip did not deliver order and Fashion Nova refuses to assist knowing that items are not being delivered. No photos of package being delivered and time that it was supposed to be delivered it was not. Falsifying records and deceiving customers. LaserShip and Fashion Nova are in cahoots. For the life of me I can't understand why they will continue to use a company that is giving them a bad name.

Charged for items never received
I placed an order on 3.11.23. Received notice it arrived on 3.13.23 at 7:23 pm but I confirmed with video footage and the ontrac investigation that my package never arrived. There was never even an ontrac vehicle on my street around that time. I was first advised by the website that I must wait 72 hours in case a neighbor has it. I had to fight ontrac and provide video footage for them to send me an email that they did an investigation and I never got my package. They advised to take that to fashionnova.
Fashionnova does not have customer service instead sends a generic email about the return policy and I cannot get a refund because there is no one to speak to and no matter what I send I get the same email back stating I will not get a refund because I have my items.
This is actual theft to charge someone for a service or product not provided.

I placed an order for nice boots got them tried on and they would fit sent them back now as i sent them via online return site did mention i pay $3.99 that seems to be their return label and so paid shipped off days gone by i contacted them via email check status no one ever responds to email and their service is terrible and to top that off i informed them ahead of time to send me any info via my gmail instead of my yahoo account multiple times and and told them that i want my refund not the egift card and now they being dumb and they gave me my egift card via my old yahoo account instead of my gmail account issue with that i can only see the ending numbers to the egift card instead and they shortend me on the egift card too instead of receiving full 40.00 i got knocked to 33.00 something so i cannot see the full egift card numbers except the end numbers they are pathetic i might need to contact headquarters and ceo and maybe my lawyer involved in the situation i told them not to send it my yahoo send it to my gmail and that i want my refund not the egift card because i knew this was gonna happen and here still sending these idiots multiple emails yesterday and continuing today and might get attorney general involved in the situation as well the more the merrier i guess i am pissed...
Brianna high rise leggings, Running around leggings, Robin long sleeve tee
Just got a gift from my partner of 4 tops and 4 leggings. All were awful quality. Material on the Brianna High Rise leggings feels like cheap dollar store fake silk. The other items feel like stiff, itchy cotton - buyer beware (Running around high rise leggings and Robin long sleeve shirts). I would not have placed an order from this company as you cannot return unless you want a store credit and based on the quality of the items he got me, I would never buy anything from here. What a waste of money.

I ordered a pink jumpsuit from Fashion Nova. It has very faint blue stains around the edge of the ruffle. All I want is to exchange it. Initially, I tried to submit a return through the website. I kept getting an error code and couldn’t submit it. Then, I emailed customer service. I’m only receiving an automated response. Finally, I emailed [protected]@fashionnova.com. That email address isn’t working for me. I keep getting an error message. The outfit is nice and fits well. Still, I shouldn’t be ignored and forced to keep something that’s defective. I have several photos but am having issues attaching them to this complaint.
