Fashion Nova They are awesome

They are awesome. I've gotten all my merchandise on time. One dress had a broke chain but without hesitation they shipped me a new one the next day and i couldn't be happier. I will be shopping with them quite often. All the stuff i got was great quality. They are very communicative and efficient

Fashion Nova I ordered from Fashion Nova on May 29th

I ordered from Fashion Nova on May 29th. $22.49 was taken out of my account normally you receive a confirmation within 48 hours so I called ***. They said " we have no record of that order" and I told them the charge was taken out and finalized of my account. They said it may be on my banks end. They said no order was found again after I called a second time. They tried giving me a discount. I normally don't have problems with fashion nova and this is my final time shopping with them. Now I have to open a dispute. Never again

Fashion Nova I have been shopping with Fashion Nova for awhile and all of my packages have been delivered on time

I have been shopping with Fashion Nova for awhile and all of my packages have been delivered on time. I had bought an outfit as a Christmas gift that totaled to about $70, that got lost in transit and when I contacted fashion nova they emailed me with a $70 gift card. Their refunds are legit. All of their clothes match up to their pictures. I spend a lot on Fashion Nova and not once have I ever been "scammed" or "ripped off". I think it's a great company and their *** is really good. This is just my experience and the people I know would also say the same.

The first event, I paid for express, it was delayed and arrived, when I no longer needed it. 2nd event was at 1st no fault of Fashion Nova, but in the end it's now a problem. My package was return, as I had it to send to an address other than home with the intent of wearing the items included. I paid express and even thou Fashion Nova shipped it on time the carrier, did not deliver package in time. The driver claim he made 3 attempts and we have proof that he never did. I filed a claim against the driver. When the package was finally delivered , I had already returned to Fashion Nova. The package was picked up and sent back to Fashion Nova and received on 6/30. I request my money back from carrier and was told Fashion Nova had to put in a claim with them, even thou it was their fault. I would like my money back for items, including express fee. I have called and emailed Fashion over over a week, and have to receive a response or even a credit for the return items.

Fashion Nova This is very frustrating

This is very frustrating. Placed an order to Fashion Nova website. Returned 2 items as the sizing was off. Store confirmed receipt and issue a refund for both items. Its been almost 2 months and am unable to get the Gift Certificate as they do not issue refunds. For some unknow reason to me , I am not receiving the email with the code. Ive been back and fourth countless times with an automated response that they have sent the email With the gift certificate . Ive never had a problem receiving emails from Fashion Nova. Now they have the items back and am still out of the money for the items. I have filed a dispute with the card company and their resolution is that Fashion Nova issued the Gift Certificate. No one seems to understand am not disputing they havent send the certificate but its just not coming through to my email. They are neither able to send to an alternate email address. Ive check my spam email countless times, nothing there. Now theres no customer service number that you can speak to a live agent. Thats the last Ill ever order from Fashion Nova .

Fashiona is out here taking ppl money.I sent back several items and they acting like they didn't get it.Its 7.99 to send items back and I had several items that I wanted to send back with it and wrote on the paper the items that I also was sending back and they only credited me for certain items and I email them about 20 times and the kept saying they didn't recieve it ..So I ask them to send a copy of the return paper in the bag and they kept responding that they didn't recieve the items.which was 80 dollars .This is really disappointing cause I been ordering from them for a while and to lie and say they didn't get and just credited me for the item is a big disappointment. People wrk hard for they money and this is not right .There is no number to tlk to any rep and the emails are already generated to me cause I keep getting the same response. 7.99 is alot to keep sending back items u should be able to send other items as long as u write down the items and why you are returning them and they should send you a receipt and copy of the slip in the bag . RIP OFF THEY SUCK WITH ALL THAT MONEY THEY GETTING

Placed an order on Feb 23rd and it was supposed to have arrived on March 1st with LSO being the carrier. Never received my package on March 1st so I sent a package update request to LSO on March 3rd and an email to Fashion Nova stating my order wasn't delivered on March 1st as it was supposed to. No update on my package until March 7th stating my package was "delivered" on March 1st @ 6 PM...I was home all day that day and my security cameras also confirm there was no delivery attempt made by LSO. I also didn't receive the confirmation email of the "delivery" until March 7th as well. I emailed FN this information to which they said: "Once a package has left our fulfillment center we don't have control of the last mile transportation to you and at times these mistakes can happen. According to the shipping carrier and GPS tracking information that we have available to us, we can confirm that the package has been successfully delivered to the address you provided at checkout." HOWEVER, according to Fashion Nova narvar tracking, it states it was delivered on March 2nd (latest scan was at 12 AM March 2nd, Delivered) but LSO says it was delivered March 1st at 6 PM. NOW, according to the order update page, it says the expected delivery date is March 17th. I sent an email to FN asking them what proof they have that LSO delivered my package other than a scan. I also said that if there's concrete proof that shows my package at my address such as a picture or proof of LSO's GPS coordinates being at my address when my package was being delivered. I also stated that I'm aware that FN has GPS tracking info available to them as per a previous email. FN DOESN'T read my emails. They auto reply with the same email stating they can offer me a gift card or a reshipment. I reply to FN stating that I want a reshipment. BUT since items in my original order are out of stock, FN has to refund to original form of payment according to their refund policy. No response to my refund.

Fashion Nova Order #XXXXXXXX Fashion Nova Case Claim #XXXXXXXX USPS tracking #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Summary: Fashion Nova claims to have a delay in delivering my package, according to their system. While USPS has yet to pick up my package according to their system via my tracking number. I'm utterly confused and disappointed and I cannot speak to anyone to help with this issue. I just want the package that I paid for. I don't know if it's lost or actually delayed. This is my first time having an issue with USPS and Fashion Nova. I know that it's hectic during this time of year but the fact that I can't get any decent communication is extremely disappointing. I placed an order on November 27th for *** through FN's website, using PayPal's Pay in 4 payment installments. As of now, I've only paid a quarter of my payments so I am not looking for a refund. However, I have another payment due this weekend and I do not want to keep paying for a package that I have not received! On December 1st, I received an email from Fashion Nova, stating that my order was on its way and I was to expect it on December 5th. I had also received my tracking number for *** I've never heard of any *** before or it being associated with USPS. I checked my tracking number's status as the days went by. According to USPS's system, my package had yet to be picked up by them. It was stuck AND STILL IS STUCK on "USPS currently awaiting package". This makes no sense to me because when I would check FN's website via my order number, I would see that my package was moving until on the 4th of Dec, it was stalled in ***, *** I never received my package on the 5th of Dec. I figured because it was a Saturday that I would receive it on the following Monday. However, on the 8th, I checked FN's website again, using my order number and it said "Exception". My package was still stuck in ***, *** and showed as "delayed", according to Fashion Nova's website. I then checked my USPS tracking AGAIN and the status had not changed. I tried filing a claim through USPS, and it didn't work. I used Fashion Nova's virtual chat service and it was of no help. The bot said that a delivery attempt was made and my package wasn't able to be delivered. This made no sense to me as their system has my package stalled in NJ. On December 9th, I filed a claim on Fashion Nova's customer support page, inquiring about my package. I was emailed by their automated system, shortly after, saying that I would hear from a representative WITHIN 24 hours. I have yet to hear from anyone. I researched it seems that this has been happening to many customers and that they never hear back from FN, regarding these issues. I need my issue with my order to be resolved. Today is the 10th and I have tried Fashion Nova's customer support on their Twitter's FashionNovaHelp page and have received NO RESPONSE. I posted a review on BBB about my experience but now I am here escalating to a complaint. Even more confusing, I have received an email from Fashion Nova, asking to rate and review a product from the package I have yet to receive, so does this mean Fashion Nova has on record that my package is delivered? I want to state that I have been a long-time customer of Fashion Nova. I've heard complaints about their bad service and delivery issues but I have been fortunate enough to never have had any issues with them, till now. This is the absolute worst. I understand that its the Holidays, but I have purchased items during the holidays and have had no problems. I also understand that there is a pandemic and that USPS may be having issues. MY PROBLEM is that there is no communication and no effort in resolutions for thousands of disgruntled and cheated customers. I spent *** at fashion nova online. 1 outfit was not properly sewn together, it was made irregular. I sent a video to fashion nova showing them. The second onepiece had a hole in the bottom calf section. I sent pics. I never received a response from fashion nova .I have not heard back from fashion nova. My order number was ***. I just want replacements, and good quality. I like fashion nova Most of the clothes are made good. This particular order was just messed up.

I originally submitted this in my complaint filed against Cutely Covered on May 1st: "I made a purchase on the night of April 10, 2023 during the Easter sale for a total of $101.90. I figured there may be a slight delay in getting the shipment out due to the holiday. However, I didn't think it would take this long. So I submitted a ticket through the company's messaging section on the site last week requesting an ETA on shipping. It has been over 72 business hours and I have yet to hear back from Cutely Covered. I would like to request a refund if the item is not able to be shipped within the next 48 hours. I do not want a store credit. I'm requesting a full refund due to their lack of customer service. I have attached a copy of my order details. Thank you!"Here's the response I received since they didn't allow me to respond:"Hello ***,We did respond to your email. Per our shipping policy on our website, we clearly state that order processing takes 6 business days unless it is a priority order (which was not your case). Reporting us to BBB because your order did not ship within 2 business days although we stated orders ship within 6 business days is disingenuous. Nonetheless, you have already been refunded."Clearly they didn't pay close enough attention to the full details of my order nor the actual words in my complaint. Their response to my claim came off very nasty. However, my order was placed almost a month ago and NOT 2 days ago. They only responded to me because I had already filed a claim for poor customer service. I noticed other customers complain about the lack of customer service as well.I'm grateful I received my refund and won't think to order from them again. It's always best to read reviews from other sources (the website will try to only show you the good ones)...the customers do not lie!

Purchased something from FashionNova on 5/4/23. Received an email on 5/6 informing me that because there was no shipping address included on my order, the carrier would be unable to deliver and I may be responsible for extra fees. I went back and checked and saw that my address was input correctly upon entering the order. I explained to customer service that the address was always correct and that I would like assistance, and I received the same response 3x letting me know they cannot change the address on my order after it has been received, despite me explaining multiple times + including proof of me correctly entering my address.

Fashion Nova Dear ******* ******* and associates, This a formal complaint against your company, staff, policies, and procedures

Dear *** and associates, This a formal complaint against your company, staff, policies, and procedures concerning my interaction with your call center on February 26th, 2021. My complaint has also been sent to all necessary governing bodies with a vested interest. Context: On February 13th, 2021, I purchased 3 items from your website for my birthday trip scheduled for March 3rd, 2021. I received an email confirmation shortly thereafter confirming my purchase with a confirmation number, ***. I received communication that the order was ready to be shipped on February 14th, 2021. On February 17th, 2021 via email I was informed my order was on its way and should arrive to me by February 22nd, 2021. Concerned that I had not received anything, I emailed your company via the website on February 25th, 2021, and received a generic response. As of February 26th, 2021 I have yet to receive my package and your staff was unable to articulate why. Reason for my complaint: My wife and I spent a little over 4 hours attempting to resolve this matter in an amicable way. Per the last update on your website, the package is in Lombard, IL. We contacted the post office, UPS, FedEx, and DHL trying to locate the package with hopes that we could come and pick it up. As I mentioned earlier, the items were for a birthday trip. Neither of the mentioned facilities could find anything with my information. My wife found your customer service number online with hopes of a resolution. We spoke with a representative who was extremely polite and to his credit, tried but could not assist me due to the limited resources available to him and understanding of the process. He continued to read the same information I could see online, the items were shipped and in Lombard as of February 22nd. He was extremely helpful in helping us understand the delivery service being used since that information was missing from all of the communication sent to my email. While the representative was still on the phone, my wife tracked the package on the United Delivery Service website. To our dismay, there was confirmation of a shipping label but no confirmation of a package being received. At that point, my wife called the delivery service to get more information. The representative informed my wife that when your trailer arrived, the package was not there. At this point, you all were notified that the trailer was short and that your customer service department needed to reach out to your logistics team to resolve the issue. She also pointed out that the tracking number that is currently being tracked is not the package but the trailer that was intending to carry the package. All of this information was relayed to your representative. He continued to let us know that his records indicated that it was shipped. It was clear the conversation was not going to be productive so I requested for the items to be reshipped or my money to be refunded in full. He said your policy would not allow him to reship or refund because the records indicate they were shipped on February 14th. After several attempts to get him to understand that the package never left your facility, we requested a supervisor. He attempted to get a supervisor for almost an hour, with no luck. I was placed on hold several times, while he attempted to get help to assist with his escalation, and apparently, no one was available. He then attempted to offer me a refund for my shipping cost. I declined because that did not solve my issue nor would it have been satisfactory given the circumstances. Finally, my wife called on her phone and the situation got worse. She was connected to a female representative and immediately requested to speak with a supervisor to file a complaint. The representative refused to escalate the call claiming that she needed to know why first. My wife declined to inform her of the reason and asked again to speak with a supervisor since it was a matter that she could not resolve. The representative refused again and said she could not get her to a supervisor unless she had an account to reference. So my wife provided my name, our address, and my order number. After providing the information, she declined to get a supervisor and offered to put her on the callback list for a callback within the next day or two. After several requests later, she finally agreed to reach a supervisor and muted the phone (when on hold, there's music). After several minutes, she came back to the line and informed my wife that there was only 1 supervisor on-site and she was busy with other calls. We requested to hold and wait due to the nature of the call. Your representative continued to try and convince us otherwise. We requested the supervisors, supervisors, we asked if she could email all of your leadership, and was still denied. It was clear at this point we were being dismissed and would need to escalate a complaint beyond your company. My wife expressed our concerns. Your company illegally took money from my account without any intentions of providing me the merchandise. The items never shipped and I was never going to receive them. This is a direct violation of my civil rights as a consumer. Your practices are deceptive and abusive. Not to mention several call center/employer/business violations regarding support staff regardless if they're onshore or not. Our next course of action is to report your company and staff to our local authorities, Attorney General, BBB, and the Federal Trade Commission. I want either a full refund or an overnight delivery of the items I purchased by March 2nd. Your representative was extremely rude and suggested we call back in the morning. We declined again and suggested she email or relay the message to whomever she was communicating with when she placed us on hold. Once it was understood, we were not getting off the phone, she said the supervisor was available. Supervisor *** took the call and it was explained to her what the delivery service suggested. She continued to provide us with the same information as the representatives. She declined to refund the money stating I needed to wait an additional 7 to 10 business days since the items were shipped. This is unacceptable. Why would we need to wait when it was already confirmed by the delivery service you selected that there was no package at their facility. When asked where the package was, she kept repeating it was shipped. How is that possible when your website placed the package in Lombard? She didn't know why or what was in Lombard. As my wife was expressing concern and reiterating our request, your supervisor hung up and sent us to your survey line. To add further injury to insult, I received an email later that evening telling me the package is still in transit and that I should wait another 7 days. Also, a code for 25% off that expires February 28th, 2021. This is not a solution to my issues with your company.

An order was placed on the Fashionova website on 04/20/2023. And the total was $756.02. I got an email saying my order has been confirmed and will be delivered on 04/28/2023. On Friday 04/28/2023 morning at *** am, I got an email saying my package has been delivered. I open my front door and there is nothing. I assume it is at the leasing office. I call them and nothing was delivered. I reach out to the merchant and they direct me to the courier service website showing that the package was delivered with a picture of the package on my front door. I was home the whole day, there was no knock on my door. The proper and secure process of delivering large packages is through the leasing office where the delivery *** and a code is generated for the tenants to pick up their packages. I reach out to Fashionova and they tell me they are not responsible for any missing or stolen item once it is checked delivered and there will be no refunds.

I reached out to Fashion Nova regarding editing my order. I needed to update my delivery address, because it auto filled from my Apple Pay. The address was my old address in *** and I moved to ***. The customer service responded and said nothing can be done, and my money will not be refunded! Save your money shop else where

On April 19,2023 I placed an order with fashion nova order #*** incredibly excited for my items just come to find out on April 22 they are marked as delivered and I did not receive them they say they were delivered by delivery company OnTRac which have had many issues with delivery in the past and as I see on the reviews this isnt the first time this has happened. I have cameras at my house and there is no proof of delivery at all. This is ridiculous I ordered from this company despite the negative comments I see on here, which was obviously a mistake never have I thought this would happen to me and not only that I contacted FN customer service and they are no help or helping me find a resolution which is incredibly frustrating because I was looking forward to my package. I do not recommend no one order from this company they dont deliver your clothes or even give you a refund ! THIS IS WRONG .

I ordered a package from this company and it was delivered on 4/18/23 in the wrong placement. They placed the package in the outgoing box to be sent back to processing and i asked for a refund due to the wrong doings of their delivery and was denied. The total cost of the order was $102.96

Fashion Nova Order has been cancelled, money still not back

It was the first time buying from fashion nova, Im from germany. I thought since fashion nova is a well known company that it is to be trusted but it is the worst company ever! Please don’t buy from them! I placed an order 1 MONTH ago and it was immediately cancelled for whatever reason, so I placed and other one (almost 700€ for both) and they cancelled the order again. It’s been a month and I still don’t got my money back. I already sent so many emails and the only answers I get are bots telling me that monay gets refunded in 7 days but as I said it’s been a MONTH. NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN neither should you, trust me. Im thinking of suing them for this one.

I made a huge mistake by getting my labels mixed so the package that you will be getting is supposed to go to nike and nike is getting the return that fashion nova is supposed to be getting i tried my best to intercept the packages but had no luck with that so i called nike and they immediately told they will return the package to me they was very nice...

Fashion Nova Return and Customer service

I received my order. I simply need to return some items for a different size. I needed assistance my order number had no items for return. After numerous calls to customer service and the California store. I could not get it to work. I tried the new help assistance on line with no results.

I am very fond of fashion nova line of clothing and this is my first return. I pray that someone can assist me. I would like to continue to be a customer.

All other items requested were in the delivery.

Fashion Nova Cloths and shoes ordered

My orders [protected] & [protected] were both cancelled on 22nd and 25th Nov 2023 respectively.

It’s been 10 days and I am yet to get a refund for either of them.

Amounts are $250.27(N205,593.75) and $311.89 (N250,883.50) respectively.

I urgently need this refund because I am a business owner and this is delaying my business. This is my first time ordering from Fashion nova and I am so confused.
