I placed an order on their website (not as a guest, I created an account prior to this order) and so after I placed my order I never received a confirmation order. Also I went to my fn account and checked under orders and nothing was there but they sure a hell charged my freaking card! And now I can't get any freaking assistance without a damn order number !
poor customer service, deceptive practices, no delivery
They contacted me via e mail to buy items in my cart with a promise of free overnight shipping. Theres no such thing the shipping was regular time and never received the items. I e mailed them many times no response. Friday september 20 I got e mail my package was delivered I didn't sign for it or received it. I emailed fn on how they never reply and were lying about free overnight and now my package is gone. Douglas from customer service replied wow. They won't take responsibility and play the blame game is not on us ups is at fault go file a claim with them was his response. Fn work with ups I paid in full and got nothing. On the phone with fn angel assured me they have insurance and a claim was put in place. When the investigation is over I can get a credit or a refund. It takes up to ten business days that's too long. I want a credit now or a full refund. Why they lie on emails to get me to buy and then when their carrier looses my package they refuse to take accountability and want me to file claims when they have insurance? This is beyond the company fn need to do good and resend all items or give immediate credit and more for the inconvenience. If I don't get a quick resolution i'm prepared to contact bbb, ftd and legal shield. Thank you in advance.

undelivered parcel and poor service

I am utterly appalled by the delivery service that has been used to deliver my order within England, Yodel. They have failed to supply me with the correct tools e.g. A calling card which would alert myself that they had attempted to make a delivery nor did I receive and email or notification regarding the status of my delivery.
I then spoke with their staff who apologized and stated she would have the package resent (this can be seen in the pictures I have attached, which did not happen.
I then went on the website to find out the parcel had been returned to the sender (Fashion Nova).
I then spoke with another Yodel staff member who confirmed a re-delivery would never have been attempted as it was not in there policy to redeliver an item after 3 attempts. If the previous agent had not told me I would have a re-delivery I would have gone to collect the item instead and would have the item to hand.
Whilst pointing out all the errors Yodel had made, the adviser "Shelton" attempt to dispute the delivery drivers could not access my building, which is why they did not leave a calling card. I then went on to state my postbox is outside, right next to the door and proceeded to take a picture and sent it to Shelton. But rather than attempt to rectify the situation Shelton abruptly ended the chat, which led me to go to the depot the next day, I spoke to the manager who told me had the issue been rectified the day before by Shelton, my parcel would not have been in transit back to the sender.
I am told I am unable to receive compensation from Yodel as the sender would have to apply for it, rather than myself.
I am deeply appalled with the service and incompetence of multiple staff members at Yodel and now I have found out I cannot get a refund from Fashion Nova and a voucher is not what I would like.
I am saddened, as I specifically picked Fashion Nova to order my birthday outfit from and ordered within good time so it would come in time, now I am highly out of pocket and will have to pay again for another outfit.

Received item with zipper broken, spoke to customer service and they in sured me the a replacement would be sent out by overnight shipment and should receive it the next day which was Friday. It is now Monday September the 16th and I still haven't received my replacement jumpsuit. I have been calling customer service and have been getting nothing but a bunch of lies. I would like for someone to resolve this issue and refund me my money back because at time I don't even want the jumpsuit.

This company has charged my account over 3 times, over 1200 dollars, cancelled my orders and will not respond to calls messages or emails. They have over drafted my account and I cannot get thru to them, beware of this company and their terrible customer service and shopping policies . Unless you can afford to be out over a thousand and never receive a single thing
never got store credit after my return
I sent my return Aug 3 2019 through their return portal on their website in which you pay $7.99 and print out a pre printed label and I returned it in the same bag it came in. So far I have sent and received about 5 emails asking for an update and have gotten copied and pasted generic messages about their return policy. It has been over a month and no meaningful response! I don't even know if they received the package let alone if they are working on sending me the promised E gift card with store credit. I have bought some things from them in the past that I liked and fit me well but this is my first return and I have to say I will never shop with them again! I was supposed to get around $50 in store credit which I don't think I will ever see.

I placed on order and requested overnight delivery and paid the extra charge for the service. When I sent an email about it I received a preempted message about the shipping policy which doesn't really matter to me as I paid for overnight delivery. I have requested my extra shipping money back but have not received an email in regards to returning my shipping cost.

I ordered stuff from fashion nova and it was all together $118.91. I paid the price and my card got charged for it on August 19th 2019. On August 20th 2019 my card got charged another $118.91. But I didn't order anything more.. This just happened to me an hour ago. I wrote to their help centre and used their contact us link, hopefully we can get some answers. They charged me for my order which was 68.03 and then took out another $65.99 for nothing 🙄 pls let me know if they get back to you

I placed an order with Fashion Nova for a holiday I had booked the following week (shipping is 4-5 days so it would have come in time) and received an email 48 hours later telling me my order had been refunded. This email had no explanation as to why so I was a bit confused. I contacted Customer care via email and have still received no response 48 hours later even though they state a 24hour service?
Not happy with this at all mainly because it has set me back and ruined the plans I had made. Also because no reason was attached for me to have some form of understanding, and especially because my email had clearly been ignored.

I placed an order to the UK on 29th July. On checkout it stated that the shipping I paid for would take 4-5 days. After emailing customer service multiple times stating I still have not received my order, all they do I send me a generic email with company shipping policy. I tracked the package via the company they use to send to the UK and it says it arrived in London on 5th August and handed over to Yodel to fulfil the delivery. I have tracked it with the yodel tracking number fashion nova have provided me and yodel still don't have the package to deliver to me. They said the parcel is still with the sender. Fashion nova are now ignoring my emails.

not being able to modify address due to glitch on fashion nova website
I am furious with Fashion Nova. My son placed an order on fashion nova mens I helped him with purchase I saw MY CORRECT ADDRESS and the stupid website auto correct to whomevers address so my son wouldn't recieve his school closes in tome. Fashion Novs needs to do better I know numerous companies that can and will update you information if a problem arises first and formost. Secondly why doesnt Fashion Nova uses FedEx or UPS where I lnow I could've have them held my son's package until the next day not even 24 hours went by and USPS ships it back. I feel like high way robbery because you guys get to keep the sales taxes and wouldn't even apply a credit back to the source of payment the transaction was made on. Inconsistent sizing, incorrect sizing chart and uncooperative in assisting customer with prepaid shipping label. Background: I recently ordered 2 pairs of the "Mia Windbreaker Joggers" in a size XS. I have previously ordered multiple different joggers in size XS and it has always been the perfect size. However this time, the joggers are way too small. I am very disappointed that the product sizing is very inconsistent, the size chart isn't correct, and the customer service refused to provide prepaid shipping label.
wrong items received
I received my order later than originally stated when I placed my order. When I received that order the package slip was correct but the items inside were not correct. I contacted customer service via email thinking they would rectify the situation quickly as it was a mistake on their end. All they did was send me a return label and said I had to wait until they received the items back before sending the ones they were supposed to in the first place. The items I ordered were for a gift and now I cannot give those.
ordered overnight for my birthday weekend it’s been a week no order.
I placed an order per the websites by 1pm PST. My package did not ship same day as advertised. I traveled out of town to the address my things should have delivered to just to see it was delayed arrival until Monday. I left where I was staying in Vegas to return to my home town Sunday. I tried emailing this company and was told my order delivered already which is false. I reached out to the delivery company to get my package reroute yo the state I'm in and they referred me back to Fashion Nova. All they need is authorization for my address to be changed and I've called over 8 times in one day trying to get assistance and the call continuously was disconnected. Th basics of what I'm told before I'm disconnected is we are a store credit based company if they can't help you the order will return for a store card. I purchased what I purchase for a reason and do not want to spend a dime with this company if my order can't be rerouted due to their delay in shipping. If my package can't be delivered I deserve a cash refund for a horrible experience. Dealing with 8 + unprofessional representatives with no resolution.

Yesterday I placed an order using the quick method and for the very first time I did not receive and confirmation email which I thought was weird. I checked my order history and I not seeing it. I checked in with my online banking and of course the money was deducted for the items.
However after completion of orders I did see the what I would call the receipt screen of my 2 orders but after I exited and went back to bag I realized I did not receive and confirm text via email.

I ordered clothing from FashionNova. I received an email that the package was on its way and smother that said it was delivered. It had not arrived. I waited the 3 days they recommended and still it didn't come. I contacted them and never heard back. If I can't get my package, I need a refund, but they will not respond when there's a problem. Feels like a scam.

I ordered a jumpsuit and unfortunately, I had to return it due to it being too large. I paid for shipping and returned the item using their new return portal. I waited over the 5-7 business days before I reached out to check the return status. Tracking informed me that the item was received by fashion nova and it also listed the persons name who accepted the return. I emailed fashion Nova with screenshots of the tracking information as well as the information showing it was received. I supplied all the required information. 2 days later I received a very short response instructing me to check the return portal for updates and to wait 5-7 business days for processing. I did as told, I checked the return portal for my rerun status and there was no way to check the return status. It showed that I had created and paid for shipping. I waited another 5-7 BUSINESS Days and checked he portal... still NOTHING. I emailed Fashion Nova again and supplied all of the necessary information. 4 days later I get a response saying, returned take 5-7 business days for processing and it depends on which mail carrier I used because it could take longer. I supplied all the tracking information and I went through THEIR return Portal and used UPS which THEY SUGGESTED! I've supplied tracking information, screenshots, names, STILL NO refund. I was even sent a satisfaction survey via email asking me if my problem was resolved... I, of course, replied to both of those emails saying I was not satisfied and my issue was not resolved. I have details as well... still nothing. Here we are 3 weeks or more later and plenty of 5-7 business days later and no one can give me an update and I have not received store credit. This really puts a sore taste in my mouth because I really like fashion nova and I shop with them quite often. Since this, I haven't purchased anything from them... with fear that I'd lose money or I would get cheated out of a deal if I needed to return something simply because it did not fit. And let me add that I've only had to return things twice. The first time was not complicated at all. Received my store credit and purchased what I wanted with it and that was that. Not sure what's going on with them now, but I would like to truthfully what's going on.
