Saturday 26th August 12.45pm at Michaelwood services North.

We waited half an hour for our food . Sat down with it and out of 4 burgers 2 of them were wrong so had to be changed. The chips and burgers were freezing cold no heat at all. we took the food back and they threw it in the bin and carried on doing other orders. After 10 minutes there was still no acknowledgement that they were going to replace our food , so i asked the same person who took it off us if they were going to sort our food out , they mumbled and walked off. I then asked the other person and he passed the burgers over but no chips . I had to ask for our chips at the same time a woman next to me who had just been served said these chips are freezing. he was bagging up our chips and i said i'm not having them if they are cold , he touched them and said yeah they are and threw them in the bin. Then went into the back and came and put more chips on.

After what felt like a life time i noticed someone was called out who had a badge on saying Team Leader to do a refund so i asked if he was in charge and told him how appalling the service was and could he please sort our food out , by now the burgers were cold as another 10 minutes later still no chips . He didn't speak and walked off. We were given our meals by then we had been in there an hour. Chips were hot , Burgers were very cold. We spent over £40 on these meals, the service was terrible and the food was worse. They only had 2 serving and they were unorganised. If you clearly haven't got enough staff you shouldn't open. what a waste of £40
